Before we even arrived, she followed up with an amazing list of local things to do, places to eat, and hidden gems to explore. So many options! When we walked in, we were greeted with a beautifully arranged charcuterie board and a handwritten welcome card that was both warm and heartfelt. Fresh flowers were thoughtfully placed throughout the home, tucked into corners and little nooks, adding charm and life to every space. The location is ideal—just a mile and a half off Highway

Diane's glamper (is that a word??) is a wonderful place to stay and Diane is such a great host! Some reviewers felt like the camper was cramped, but for a recreational vehicle we found it to be quite spacious. There are 3 distinct areas: the dining area has large table/booth with bench seats on both sides, the kitchen is in the middle with a decent sized sink, an apartment sized stove/oven, and the bedroom was cozy, comfortable and had a wooden sliding door for privacy. We found it to be very comfortable for two. The vintage refrigerator/icebox worked really well, even in 100-degree weather. Diane was great about making sure we had plenty of big chunks of ice, and everything was kept cool. The bathroom/shower set up really was quite nice. She was such a thoughtful host! She recommended a visit to the South Yuba River, 10 min away, and it was the most beautiful swimming hole we had ever seen! She recommended restaurants in town that were wonderful, and an easy walk.

Michelle is an excellent host and very receptive to our needs and she made our stay a very pleasant one. Her home is kept up very well and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our room was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our recent two-night stay at Anne and Salim’s place. It was quiet and peaceful - very restful. We also enjoyed dinner both nights at Cafe Collage, a lovely little restaurant on the property. Salim is the proprietor and chef, and the restaurant felt like an extension of the home. Salim was very gracious throughout, including providing delicious local baked goods Saturday morning. We would happily stay again!

We had a beautiful stay. I really appreciate everything Michelle did for us to make us welcome. The house was very clean, extremely homely and Michelle’s little touches made it feel more like a home than most places I stayed.

The private space is a lovely, clean and comfortable bedroom with a private bathroom. Diane is friendly and gracious, offering wine in the evening and great coffee in the morning. It is truly a room within a lived in, cluttered but artsy home.

My family & I felt like we were staying at a family friend's home. Very warm & welcoming environment. Cieloazul was very quick to reply to any questions that I had. Definitely would recommend it to anyone attending an event at Toyota Amphitheater that has a decent drive home.
