This peaceful home is surrounded by gardens and pine trees, with an access trail off the back yard to hiking trails, a dog park, and frisbee golf courses. It is walking distance from downtown restaurants and a grocery store. The walk is down and back up a decent size hill. The kitchen is big, stocked with everything needed to cook and all the dishes you will need to serve dinner for a large group. The floor plan is open with nice lighting and lots of light, there’s plenty of space to gather.

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
