3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

We had a great stop over in York. Ben’s place is super close to everything and an easy walk into the city centre. The flat was spacious and very clean. It was such a bonus having a free parking spot. Highly recommend, we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Richard’s place. It was perfect, nice and quiet and in beautiful surroundings. Richard was super responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Carolyn’s place in York, a brilliant apartment, well equipped and such a perfect location, just a few minutes from the centre walking. Carolyn was great with any questions we had and her instructions/directions were all super clear, thank you!!

We absolutely loved staying at Rosie & Chris' place. Great, peaceful location, and cosy and comfortable yet light and spacious home! Also, great selection of music and films and fantastic different hifi options. We hope to make this a regular stay whenever we come up to visit Sheff 😊

We loved staying at Emma’s in Holmfirth! Location was a ten min walk away from bars restaurants/ pubs / general high street. There were plenty of walks to do which were a 5-10 drive away. The flag was really well equipped with all essentials you’d need. & as a bonus we met the dogs who lived in the house opposite who were very friendly and cute. Would definitely return! A perfect home from home - everything has been thought about what you could need. Perfect location, very close to bus routes into York but so peaceful to come back to after a busy day exploring. Great to have some basic provisions provided - the lemon cake gets a special mention, Jill was very kind to make it dairy free for my wife, extra delicious. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

A beautiful house, thoughtfully kitted out for both fit and disabled guests with a lovely little garden for sitting out on excellent garden furniture serenaded by birdsong. Very comfortable beds; large fridge and freezer; good range of cooking utensils. We very much appreciated the edible goodies left for us. Unfortunately, neither we nor our friends have dogs any more, but the provision of a warm shower outside to clean both dog and boots is amazing. Everything was spick and span, and looked very new. A gem of a place. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Helen was an excellent host. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The house was spotless and very well equipped. 100% will stay again.

We went to York for a creative retreat and the house was the perfect backdrop for firing up creativity and imaginative whilst having lots of space to relax in the evenings. Everything was as listed, clean and homely, and any questions were answered promptly. We'd love to stay again!

Callow Barn. What a beautiful place in beautiful surrounding. Loads to see and do. Great walks. Great pubs. And a fantastic lido, but advisable to book a couple of days before you go to avoid disappointment

We had a fantastic stay, gorgeous bedrooms and comfy beds. Enough bathrooms/ toilets for 8 of us. Lots of seating areas and the pool table room was brilliant. Short 10 min walk to lively pubs and places to eat. Spaces to park cars and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back

Our stay was great. The hot tub was lovely and the garden was beautiful. Penny also very kindly made us a cake which was delicious. Penny lives at the other side of the house and was there if we needed anything (even sun tan lotion). We booked this place for a chilled hen do and it was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks for having us Penny!

What a lovely cottage! The views were spectacular! My daughters and I took many pictures of the countryside and of the adorable sheep grazing nearby. The cottage was perfect for resting up and refreshing between our trips to the Chatsworth House and Gardens. On arrival met both Naomi and Neil, Wow to the welcome, Wow to the accommodation, Wow to the views and location, Advice on how to get into Edale off the road. Sorted the electric charging, Wow we had sheep and lambs on the doorstep, Wow we had chickens running around, fresh eggs as well. Bed was so comfortable, bedroom no light pollution or noise, windows left open. Highly recommended, we will be back on many occasions.

The apartment is a great location and is perfect for a trip to York. Paul is very responsive and helpful - making the trip a comfortable one. Everything is in walking distance and organised perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

We had a flying visit to Manchester for a gig, and Warren’s place was perfect. A fantastic location in the Northern Quarter, surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants. A really cool and laidback vibe to the place. Warren was amazing with instructions for the place and also local food and drink recs. We took his recommendations for both dinner and brunch and both were excellent (Firehouse and Fig and Sparrow). The apartment is so lovely - beautifully furnished and just a really lovely feel to the place. It was warm weather when we were there so having the windows open with a breeze was perfect! We also arrived to a bottle of chilled Prosecco. There were three of us, we were two in the lovely bedroom and one on the sofa bed. The loft-bed looked great, but the sofa was comfy too, (not as high up!)! We all slept really well. Will definitely stay again if we’re back up. Thanks Warren! x

John and Lindsay were perfect hosts, friendly and approachable. The annex was as described and more as the facilities offered exceeded expectations. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus. Great location to walk from on Cinder track or Cleveland Way. Good public transport links and good pubs in the village and nearby.

The place was so nice and perfect for our needs. As a family, the facilities were a great addition, such as pool, pub onsite, games etc! The apartment was perfect for kids as it had games and other things such as highchair and cot. The view was lovely and terrace huge!

I didn't meet Rebecca and Oliver in person; however, they were helpful and provided very clear instructions for everything. Their place is lovely, and very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was only there with my son for two days, but it would accommodate a family of four easily. The Nespresso machine and Netflix were a fabulous bonus. We didn't use the garden, but that looked very nice too. If you have small children, just be aware that the lovely ornate iron staircase may be a hazard. In short, I would highly recommend this place and I would love to return with the whole family.

Fantastic apartment close to the centre of York. Apartment had everything that could be needed for a home from home stay in York. Richard was a great host and very helpful. Would highly recommend if visiting York
