What a fab couple of days . The guest suite is so comfortable and it was great that Audrey was next door . Had a couple of lovely chats and found out some local knowledge. It was really comfortable and Vinnie our dog loved it . Thanks Audrey , we will be back .

It was delightful...the chalet was perfect and really well appointed...we had great weather too was a bonus...we were having such a great time we stayed an extra night..will definitely be back!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claire’s place and once again it was a fantastic base for our family trip. The house is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located between the shops and cafes and the sea. Claire was super helpful and went the extra mile to be responsive and accommodating — thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

A cosy cottage with beautiful views of the sea from the lounge/dining room and Master bedroom. Access to the property was very easy, with a thoughtful welcome tray with tea, speciality coffee and cookies on arrival. The bathroom shower is great! A bench at the front of the cottage is perfect for a morning cuppa as the sun rises. Parking is on street - no charge In Filey. I was able to park directly across from the cottage for the duration of my stay. Joe and Sarah were lovely hosts - very welcoming and on hand for any queries. I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We very happy with the house is good house for big family trip. Easy to parking car and check in. We have very nice trip in there. The owner she very nice she let us check in earlier. High recommend for her. Thank you so much

A really lovely little place, we stayed before the Easter weekend and it was very peaceful. Beautiful surroundings with RSPB and lake walks right on the doorstep, beautiful sunsets over the sea to the back. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends and family and will also visit again ourselves. The rose and crown had excellent food and atmosphere. The old store made the best breakfast we have ever eaten. Woodland walks at old Ken hill just a minute away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet in Barmston by the Sea! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the stunning beach, peaceful surroundings, and a great base to explore the area. We had trips to Bridlington animal park, Bempton cliffs to see the puffins and Sewerby Hall. The chalet itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Ben, the host, was brilliant—super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

A lovely stay at Willow cottage; we went with family including our baby, toddler and dog and there was plenty of space for us all! A 5-10 minute walk to the beach, a stones throw away from the pub on site and a very central location with parking right outside the front door. Perfect for us, we loved our stay and made lots of memories here with our family. Thank you!

We've just had a 3 night break at Kingfisher Cottage. It has everything you need for a relaxing break. The beds were really comfortable, TV in the bedrooms, the kitchen had everything we needed including a small airfryer, great central heating and a bathroom with full bath and shower over. There is also a downstairs toilet. Parking was easy and we got parked right outside the back of the cottage which made it easy to pack and unpack the car. Jo is a great host and even let us check in early at 2pm. When we arrived there was milk in the fridge and a nice packet of cookies waiting for us. The onsite swimming pool was a hit with our 11 year old. The pub is good too and we treated ourselves to a yummy breakfast there after we checked out. We were sad to leave but will definitely stay there again. Thank you Jo for a lovely stay :-)

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was beautiful and really well looked after- we all loved the design and felt at ease immediately. Every attention to detail had been thought about so we felt welcome from the get go. Great communication from hosts- they were really clear with any information we needed about check in, check out and went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to book here again. Loved the location too- loads to do. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

We have stayed at The Bay before. This lodge is finished to a really high standard and extremely well presented. We were really pleased with its size, layout and it is well positioned in The Bay. Close enough to everything and well placed for privacy and to enjoy a peaceful break. Andrea was a fantastic host and very responsive with any enquiries, we will definitely consider returning.

We stayed at Jonathan and Lindsay’s place for 3 days for our business trip in Blackpool:) The accommodation is spacious, cosy and wonderful! Everything we need is within reach and best of all we absolutely love the living area and the lovely kitchen, and it’s perfect for us to relax and have a good time together after a hard day’s work!! This was our first experience staying in a static caravan which was amazing. The location is beautiful. We spent our time doing hikes and trails in nearby towns of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Whitby, Runswick Bay etc. There is a great playground and mini golf course on the beach a short walk away that our boys loved. Lots of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The view from the static is so special, we enjoyed getting takeaways and eating them back in the caravan with the view of the beach and windmills. This was one of the most well equipped kitchens we have ever had in an airbnb. Having the air-fryer was specially handy. When we were there the site in front of the static was being prepared for another rows of statics, hope they don't block the gorgeous view.

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

Jeremy was very helpful and provided everything we needed. We were a touch apprehensive about staying in someone else’s property however it was still very private and had our own entrance so wouldn’t even know anyone else was there. Would stay again.

We were in Hornsea for a surprise birthday party for one night and Seaview Loft was perfect. It was a mile walk into Hornsea itself that took about 15mins, just perfect. Although small, the accommodation had everything we needed for the stay and would be perfect for a longer stay too. Thank you Harpreet :-)
