Monthly Rentals in York

House was perfect! Kids loved playing around the pond and in the back. Stayed here for a soccer tournament in Rock Hill. Meg was a great host.

This is our second time staying here and would definitely would stay again. Everything you need is provided and it's very private yet convenient to everything In York

Jeff’s place was a peaceful, quiet spot for our weekend trip to go hiking in the area. It has the basics for meal prep or warm up, small frig space. My son is 6’1” and could not stand up fully in shower but we saw that noted in previous review before booking. I slept in loft which was great space, comfortable mattress and my son slept on couch - fold out needs some repair/new mattress. Overall space met our needs for the weekend and at a descent price. Thanks, Jeff & crew for hosting us!

Myra is very friendly, and lives next door. I met her husband as well, who was also very nice. But though they were very nice, they were not invasive and left me to my own privacy. The home is squeaky clean, the bed that I used was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed. I would definitely come back, if in the area.
