Brian was a fantastic host- super accommodating and responsive. The studio is in a great part of town right next to the water and very walkable to fidi and the ferry building. We loved that the building had a gym and parking as well. Would definitely recommend

Stayed here for a couple of weeks after moving from Europe. Great place to stay in a vibrant and lovely area of town. Communication was great and could check in earlier than indicated, which was great since my flight arrived in the morning. Great place that has all the amenities and comfort to make your stay nice for a while. The WiFi had some hiccups every now and then which made working from home with Zoom sometimes a challenge. Otherwise, would highly recommend this place and everyone to stay!

Stayed for over 2 months and had a great experience. Exactly as advertised. In a safe and quiet neighborhood while also being close to downtown. Sid was a great host, always responsive and friendly. Would stay again.

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!
