One of the cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed in! Super well equipped and lots of thoughtful touches. Great views from the front deck and miles of beautiful hiking trails accessible without having to drive to the trailhead. Hosts were responsive to inquiries and proactive in making sure everything was to my liking. Would love to stay here again.

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

This place is amazing for long stays. I stayed a month and felt totally comfortable and at home. I loved that I could walk to the grocery store, cook in a full kitchen, and do laundry. It’s a home away from home!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Tim’s. It felt like home and was so relaxing. Definitely try some of Tim’s recommendations on things to do. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay! Bridget was a kind and welcoming host! Quiet and off busy roads of Sedona. Short drive to town and beautiful scenic views! I wish it wasn’t so hot so I could have used the hot tub more! But everything was as described!! I would definitely come back!!!

I chose this location for astrophotography, due to its mostly cloudless Arizona skies and clear unobstructed views in all directions.. We were easily able to see and photograph the Milky Way with a phone. There is a neat little mudroom which is perfect for storing a telescope, tripod and other gear during the day. There is a view of Arizona's tallest mountain, Humphreys Peak, framed in the picture window in the great room. This is also the location of the Snowbowl ski resort. Flagstaff is a short drive away, a charming small town with many boutique restuarants It's the home of the Lowell Observatory where we were able to spend a day and see an evening presentation in an outdoor auditorium with heated seats. Meteor Crater, Grand Canyon south rim and many other sights are about an hour away. Andrew is a caring and responsive host, whose first house instruction is to drink lots of water due to the 7000 feet altitude and dry atmosphere. Great trip, thank you so much!

What an absolute gem. The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Close to restaurants, shops, and hikes. I highly recommend this place. Check in was a breeze. Thank you.

Sedona is a beautiful part of the country. Having this property to stay at was perfect for us. We opted to pay the extra $25 for the hot tub, and at the end of the day with some hiking and lots of activity that extra $25 was well worth it, we enjoyed sitting under the Stars in the hot tub. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Words would fall short to describe the beauty of this bnb . Everything was perfect from location to cleanliness to communication with the hosts . Special mention to Amigo the cute little puppy . We cuddled him for one whole day and canceled on plans outdoors just to spend sometime with him . He is an angel . God bless him . The Alpacas in the farm are so well taken care of and well behaved . We met the other farm animals too . It was a pleasure to see what great animal lovers the hosts are . They were very sweet and kind to us and showed us around . We had an excellent experience at the cabin. As a host, Jon was very responsive and communicated expecations and directions clearly. The cabin is beautiful, very well kept, with plenty of clean towels and toiletries, and 2 walk-in showers. The location is perfect, being just into the forest and also not remote, so downtown is easily accessible.

The cabin was perfect for my daughter and I and two small poodles on a road trip. We loved the fresh air, the sauna, the comfortable bed. We were able to make a nice healthy dinner in the cabin. It had everything we needed. We will be staying again on our way back through! I love that there are hikes nearby! I highly recommend.

Had an incredible stay here! Was secluded but easy to access everything Sedona has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, we loved having our coffee out on the porch in the mornings and got to cook dinner in while we were there. Would absolutely come here again 💛

A very spacious and homely place in the middle of town near Prescott Town Hall. It comes with a salon and a restaurant next door. I highly recommend for clients who may want to eat out but don’t want to wander far off the nest. We loved it during our stay.

We had a great time here! The outdoor area was great for adults as well as kids! The house was equipped with everything needed to stay in and enjoy a weekend in a cabin! Thanks for hosting, Rich!

Peters serene escape was absolutely perfect for our night in Sedona! The place was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. 10/10 experience!!

This place was so cute and cozy with lots of charm! It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. While it’s not the most walkable spot, it’s just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and other local spots. Best part—it’s super close to Buddha Beach, which made it easy to enjoy some peaceful time in nature. Great little escape!

This was the PERFECT landing pad for our adventures - the community pool was fantastic. There are restaurants, grocery, playground, golf course all in walking distance. The condo itself is small, but includes everything you need to have a great stay. Short drives to great hiking, everything sedona has to offer, still not too far from flagstaff and was easily drivable from Phoenix where we flew into. There was plenty of linen, the kitchen was adequately equipped (minus the extra dull knives) the shower was hot and the A/C was cold. There is WIFI, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, check in and out was super simple , what else can I say? I’d stay again, in a heartbeat!

This place is absolute PARADISE. We've already re-booked for next year. The pool/ hot tub area was like a dream with all the beautiful roses and birds chirping. The house was great too, but we spent most of our time outside! The resident cat, "Kitty", was the sweetest. The groundskeeper, Mark, takes such amazing care of the whole place and gave us some great hiking recommendations! We can't wait to come back!!

Loved this place, will be back!!! From star gazing in the hot tub at night to lounging by the pool during the day while staring at a picture perfect view of the red rock mountains , it was well worth the price , also super private. Perfect location, close to all the trails we hiked, close to the art village, close to the best restaurants in town. Brenda was a super friendly and accommodating host, gave us recs for the best trails and answered our questions very promptly.

Easy peasy check in! Great location. Had everything we needed. Small kitchen, but well equipped, even had a blender. Pool was great for our 2 year old. The hot tub at the end of our lot was so beautiful overlooking the red rocks! We made a dinner reservation at Dahl and Deluca, our favorite Italian restaurant in Sedona and the restaurant sent us a car since we were so close! Overall great experience!

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

Ellen and Todd's place was great. We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. The house was spectacular. From the cozy living room to the well stocked kitchen to the wonderful king size master bedroom. We loved the front porch in the morning to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. If we're ever in Sedona again, we will definitely be staying at Ellen and Todd's place.

One of the great hosts I've ever had! The condo was spotless and very clean. You can find everything you might need in the kitchen and in the house. Useful information about Sedona was given which was helpful. The location on the condo is great! Walkable to grocery and stores and restaurants! Highly recommended! Would stay here again for sure!

Loved how the dog Rooster made us feel tight at home. Hot tub felt great after long hikes. Clean, cozy private place to stay, perfect for us.
