Vacation rentals with breakfast in Yavapai County

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were excellent, friendly, and responsive. The house itself is well-equipped for cooking with pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The space is beautiful, as pictured. The location and views are incredible. The neighborhood is peaceful. The proximity to the trailheads at the top of the street made it so convenient to go hiking. We will definitely be back!

Amazing time. So beautiful, I was able to walk around the neighborhood while my partner took a bike ride. I felt safe and stumbled on a gardening farmers market. We walked the trails under Eldon with our pup and watched the sunsets. Enjoyed sunrise coffee and bird watched. I wish I could share some of the gorgeous pictures. The hosts graciously allowed me to check in at noon - such a gorgeous home. I wish I lived here haha !

Highly recommend! It was the perfect home to relax and recover from a 4 day backpack adventure. As described it is a ways from downtown Sedona but still walking distance to some great restaurants and amenities. It is the perfect place for those looking for a beautiful view, a comfortable, rejuvenating home in a quiet neighbourhood and close access to hiking and biking trails. We hope to be back!

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean, comfortable and close to all we wanted to do. The house was very well equipped, including lots of snacks, coffee, and things that most rentals don't even provide. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Flagstaff! Ifwe go back to Flagstaff, we will stay there again. ☺️

My daughter and I had a great experience staying at Bobbi's place! The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could have needed – plus numerous thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. Comfy bed, Safe and quiet neighborhood, great location close to downtown. Highly recommend!

Five Stars and Stunning Views! Tim’s airbnb absolutely exceeded all expectations. This property is a true gem, and we wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating! Unbeatable Location & Views!! The location is simply breathtaking!! Panoramic views of the beautiful Sedona mountains right from the living room window and master bedroom. Just minutes from hiking. Super close to Sugarloaf Trail. We stepped outside and went right to the trailhead up the street. The location was convenient and super close to everything!! Restaurants, uptown Sedona shops etc.

Only a few hours north of Phoenix is this hidden gem. Very secluded quiet property. Lucious and green with the creek in the background. The home is huge and has everything you need to accommodate a large party. We loved the antique decor and really gives home a lovely old fashioned feel. We came for a girls getaway, but we definitely will be back with our families!

The host has multiple individual sections/rooms available with an independent entrance in the huge house with a common kitchen area (fully stacked). Amazing location with great views of the mountains from the huge backyard patio. (There was no view from the room for this posting). Terry and Carrie are very responsive and can provide any information on all the things around the Sedona area to explore. This room is a little pricey, but will definitely visit them again to book other rooms with the view of the mountains from the room.

We stayed for a long weekend and had the BEST time. The place was cozy, had all the amenities you would need to feel like you're home away from home, AND the views were spectacular. The location was convenient to anything you would want to see or do if not walkable too. We would be happy to stay again even for just the delicious breakfast available every morning by request.

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Amazing hosts, delicious home cooked food, peaceful, beautiful, comfortable room and location with a backyard view of Bell Rock! We were so pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay at the Cozy Cactus! Carrie & Terry made it feel like home with all of their little thoughtful extras. We would definitely stay there again!

Just got home from one of the more relaxing, pleasant weekends I can recall, thanks largely to Tina and Danny’s immaculate hospitality and stunning home that looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest and is perched high above Prescott. An incredible place in an incredible location with incredible hosts makes for an incredible experience! Book it and don’t think twice. You’ll be so happy you did.

This bed and breakfast was perfect in every way! The bed is super comfy, there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and fridge full of refreshments in the main kitchen. The homemade baked goods are so delicious, and breakfast was yummy as well! The location is ideal, really short walk into uptown Sedona. I’d highly recommend for small families or couples.

I rarely travel, and Wendy's place was perfect for me. I arrived at a late hour and was up very early between 5 and 6 am. Wendy was somehow available to provide me with coffee, bagels, avacado's, and fruit to start my days. She even provided a "to go" cup for my coffee. We had pleasant conversations and I enjoyed my stay by relaxing on the porch and patio. Thank you Wendy for being the perfect host. Mike

This is my second time staying at the Buffalo Pointe Inn. Alice made sure the place was spotless and I noticed there were some upgrades in the room from last year which was nice! She gave us our privacy but assured us she was just one message away to help. Great stay in Williams, I highly recommend!

We arrived very late after our dinner. When we entered the house, it was totally out of our expectation. The whole house is awesome, well decorated showing the good taste of the owner. The next morning, we spent couple of hours to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and beautiful house. It's clean. Everything is where it should be and well organized. We even enjoyed the massage bed...haha. We feel it worth every penny we spent for the night. Highly recommended.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible AirBNB, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice! From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel right at home—so welcoming and attentive, they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location was simply stunning; I woke up every morning to breathtaking views. Whether it was the lush surroundings or the panoramic scenery, it was pure paradise. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful porch with cozy daybeds, perfect for lounging and bird watching. I spent hours relaxing there, watching all kinds of birds flutter by while soaking in the serene atmosphere. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The peaceful vibe made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. I can't wait to stay here again. I am so happy I picked this place—it's definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend!

During the 3 weeks of my trip to the United States, Sedona was the most comfortable and happiest. There's a kitchen and a living room, and you can enjoy meditation in the spacious yard, and there are trails nearby. If you want a quiet and relaxing time, come to Fabiola and Jacob's accommodation. I recommend it I hope I have another chance to go.

Karen and Bruce were phenomenal hosts, Karen made sure we were well informed with what was going on around town, things to do. Karen provided fantastic instructions on how to use the facilities. Karen also went above and beyond, in helping us make the most of our visit to Sedona, and because of her helping us, we were privileged to be a part of Unci Rita's 100th Birthday Celebration. I will be forever grateful for Karen in helping us get more information of the Birthday celebration. Last but not least, Cassie was amazing! Will definitely repeat if I get a chance to go to Sedona again.
