An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Peace, quiet, a perfect weekend. Just because of the outside, it's well worth it. We would have stayed to live!!! We will definitely repeat. The host is very kind, she responds to any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us at your home, I hope to see you soon

We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

we had a fantastic time at Javier 's apartment. we would recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever and found Javier easy to contact at short notice, and also very helpful.

We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

Valeria's apartment is great, with all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is very clean, the shower is very powerful and a pleasure. Easy to access and always attentive. It has a parking space that we don't use, but there's a parking lot for non-residents nearby.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Such a great place for a Valencia city base from which you can explore every bit of the city with ease! Cool NYC vibe to this flat and loads of space and high ceilings, lovely little outside space as well. Best of all though was Mirko as a host, super friendly, responsive and helpful host who went the extra mile with recommendations of things to see, places to eat out etc… but also to make sure we were ok during the Spanish power cuts end of April 2025. This was so kind of Mirko and really what we needed at a stressful time without power (we got lucky on this street to get lights back on pretty quickly.) Super flat, super location, super host!

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It really is set up for families as Nik&Carol have thought of everything! Cutlery, plates, high chair, bath, baby rocker, toys, socket protectors and even extra bedding for the beds and the cot which were very helpful. It has a lovely terrace with toys and places for the little people to play. The beds are also comfy. They have a lot of beach things including towels, toys, chairs.. so you can just walk down (5 minutes) and enjoy the amazing beach and view. We would highly recommend this place for people traveling with little ones.
