Vacation rentals with a patio in Xàtiva

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

The apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. Sarah was definitely a super host, always ensuring we had everything we needed and recommended places of interest. She is very friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. Albir is a beautiful town with many bars & restaurants. The views of mountains and seaside are spectacular. Plenty to see and explore.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

Lovely residence in a beautiful setting

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

The location was very walkable. When we needed a taxi, we could grab one at the end of the street. The grocery store was very close. There were plenty of things to do in the area. Valencia is a beautiful city.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. Vicente is very friendly and is always attentive to the issue of check in and check out. The beach is located less than 5 minutes walking and the center of the village is about 7 min. Everything was very clean and tidy. The small terrace is a luxury to go out in the evenings for a while. We would definitely do it again.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

We spent two nights to spend the holidays with the family and everything was perfect, the house is great for two families, thank you very much Julia for everything.

Excellent apartment, spacious living room, beautiful large terrace, 2 very neat bathrooms. Everything was available in the kitchen, including things to cook with (pepper and salt, oil and vinegar, herbs). The garden and swimming pool are well maintained and look beautiful. I had a nice stay, with an excellent host, even though everyone had bad luck with the weather in Spain this spring!

The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick communication and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

I don't have words to define the experience, it's been amazing. Iris is a 10 host, we love her!. The urbanization and the house is dreamy, it has a special energy. As for the equipment it is a pass, it is not missing detail... I don't know, from a hairdryer for curly hair to a beach umbrella!. The pristine urbanization, quiet residents, supermarkets a stone's throw away which is super comfortable (we were on foot, 6 minutes) and Diana Street a 10-minute walk, in 15-20 minutes you are in Marqués de Campo and the Puerto. The pool is crazy, sunsets and amazing sunsets because it's at the foot of the Montgó so it's very nice and there's always a super nice breeze, just like the temperature. We are already looking forward to coming back, it stays as our favorite getaway spot. It's a magical place ✨

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Definitely of the best apartments we've been to. In addition to being clean and tidy, it had all kinds of amenities and details that made the stay even more pleasant. The ease and kindness to get to the apartment, as well as the communication with Abdelhakim. We were going with two girls and he left everything ready and organized to make everything easier for us. The residential development is great and very close to the beach. Definitely 100% recommended. We'll be back!!
