Wir wurden überaus herzlich empfangen, bei Sigrid fühlt man sich von der ersten Sekunde an sofort wie zu Hause. Die dem Gast zur Verfügung stehende Doppelhaushälfte lässt keine Wünsche offen - als vierköpfige Familie, darunter zwei Teenager, hatten wir Platz ohne Ende. Auch hatte jede Person in zwei räumlich getrennten Doppelbetten sein eigenes richtiges Bett, auf die Schlafcouch konnte also hier verzichtet werden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gespeist wird im Wohnzimmer nebenan am großen Tisch. Als absolut positiv zu bewerten ist auch die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, hier gab es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn doch etwas fehlt (zum Beispiel ein großes Bierglas), hilft Sigrid gerne aus wie sie sich auch in der Gegend sehr gut auskennt und auch hier wertvolle Tipps geben kann. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Quedlinburg und auch die nächsten Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto binnen weniger Minuten gut erreichbar.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und super nett auch beim Bezug der Wohnung geholfen. Die Wohnung war am Anreisetag schön vorgeheizt, sofort zum wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist sehr niedrig, was jedoch vor Vertagsabschluss explizit angesprochen wurde, so dass hier kein Sternabzug unsererseits erfolgt. Es hat uns gefallen.

Wir kommen gerade von einem wunderschönen Urlaub aus dem Gutshaus Birkholz zurück. Die inserierte Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und einfach wundervoll. Der Garten ist ebenso toll. Wir haben vor allem den Whirlpool und die Sauna sehr genossen. Ausflüge gibt es ausreichend zu erleben. Sowohl zu Fuß (wer gern spazieren/wandern) geht als auch mit dem Auto. Wir empfehlen Tangermünde und speziell zu Ostern die Ostereiersuche im Elbauenpark in Magdeburg. Für den Notfall des Vierbeiners können wir aus eigener Erfahrung die Tierarztpraxis Jane Trawiel in Tangermünde sehr empfehlen. Eine Tierärztin mit Herz, Online-Terminvereinbarung und sehr kompetent! Wir kommen gern nach Birkholz zurück! Viele Grüße aus der Kulturhauptstadt 2025 🤗

Wir waren zu dritt (3Erwachsende) zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet, gut ausgestattete Küche und gemütliches Bett und Schlafsofa. Trotz ca. 30min Fahrtweg zur Motorsport Arena Oschersleben ist man Gefühlt schnell dort, ohne viel Stress. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Andrea ist eine sehr freundliche und interessante Gastgeberin. Wir haben zu Dritt, mit fünf Hunden ihre Unterkunft gebucht. Die hochwertige Einrichtung, Parkettboden und absolute Sauberkeit sind unbedingt nennenswert. Es gibt eine Menge neugieriger Katzen im Haus und Garten. Unsere fünf Hunde schliefen daher in Auto-Boxen, waren unter ständiger Aufsicht und angeleint. Der nächtliche Sternenhimmel ist bei Andrea ein besonderes Highlight. Vielen Dank für Deine Gastfreundschaft.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gefallen. Sie befindet sich am Anfang einer kleinen Siedlung in einem kleinen, ruhigen Wald. Dort kann man super mit dem Hund spazieren gehen und gelangt auch recht einfach nach Hohenwarthe sowie zur Elbe. Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, besonders gut haben uns der Whirlpool und die Sauna gefallen, wir konnten uns entspannen und haben uns wohl gefühlt 😊

Die Lage am Elbtor ist maximal ruhig… kein Autoverkehr und ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was wir zum Essen kochen und Zeit vertrullern benötigten. Die Atmosphäre im Häuschen hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen sicher auf einen weiteren Besuch nach Tangermünde zurück.

Die Wohnungen Adlerhorst und Fuchsbau waren ideal für unser Familienwochenende. Sie sind beide liebevoll und neu ausgestattet, ganz im Stil eines alten, charmanten Gutshofes. Verbindung schafft der grosse Aufenthaltsraum mit der angrenzenden offenen Küche. In der gesamten Ausstattung und Gestaltung ist die Jagdleidenschaft und Naturfreude von Herrn Kobe unverkennbar. Das Gutshofgelände ist riesig, aber nicht einsam gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder die nächstgelegenen Ortskerne sind nicht ohne Auto erreichbar. Aber die ländliche Lage ermöglichte schöne lange Herbstspaziergänge. Herr Kobe war ein toller, fürsorglicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber, der uns bestens umsorgte und alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorbereitet hatte. Er war immer gut erreichbar. Und unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank für die guten Tage !

Schöne Unterkunft und tolle Umgebung. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Grundstück wirklich komplett umzäunt ist, sodass unser Hund sich richtig austoben konnte. Im Sommer ist der Pool bestimmt auch eine tolle Sache. Für uns immer besonders schön: eine Tischtennisplatte. War rundum ein schönes Wochenende.

Es war eine super tolle Erlebnis in der Wasserkunst zu übernachten! Mein Partner hat früher in der Nähe gewohnt und er wollte auch wissen, wie es von innen aussieht :) Ganz gemütlich und coole Ausstattung, wir werden sicher wieder gerne noch einmal hier übernachten!

An amazing location at a lovely farm! It was so nice to escape the city for a few days here and see the goats, sheep and geese walk through the garden from our windows! It’s a totally luxurious apartment as well, beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything you need and more! There are multiple hiking trails on your doorstep, and many more in the area on a close distance when you’re by car (which I would recommend) We’re definitely coming back when our little baby is a little older, thanks for your hospitality Annette!

Anja und Lutz sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie waren immer zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Leider hatten wir 2 Regentage und da hat sich gezeigt, dass nahe Ausflugsziele mit Kleinkind schwierig waren. Das Haus und das Grundstück hatte alles zu bieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
