Die Leitensima von Dorothea ist ein wundervolles altes Bauerhaus mit viel Charme. Wir waren umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher und sattem Grün. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb vom 30min mit dem Auto in Graz und hat viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bad ist neu renoviert, der Rest des Hauses ist ganz im Stil eines Bauernhauses. Es ist perfekt um die Ruhe zu genießen und den Stress zu vergessen.

Ich hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, vom Anfang bis Ende fühlte ich mich sehr wohl. Alois und Carolina sind offen und gastfreundlich. Gleichzeitig hatte ich die Privatsphäre und Ruhe, für die ich gekommen bin. Die Wohnung ist detailreich ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Wald, aber auch zum Bahnhof und Einkaufen ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

Het is een heerlijk huisje, schoon, goed uitgerust, gelegen in een rustige wijk. Barbra is erg vriendelijk, enthousiast en voorkomend. Het was lekker buiten zitten in een soort van privé-tuin. Ligging is prima als je een auto huurt, ik deed deze reis met OV en dan is het iets minder geschikt, afstand naar de bus was ca 10 min. lopen, bergopwaarts, supermarkt eveneens. Desalniettemin heb ik het erg naar mijn zin gehad!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt nur brauchen könnte. Besonders die Umgebung hat sehr dafür gesorgt, dass wir zur Ruhe gekommen sind. Die zwei Sitzbereiche im Außenbereich (Terrasse und vor dem Haus) waren sehr praktisch, wenn es kälter ist, könnte man auch drinnen essen. Julian war auch immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. :)

Amazing clean spacious modern house next to some vineyards in open clean wild but well kept garden on top of a hill overlooking the sudsteiermark hills.. if you want a base to explore the regio and have some peace and quiet, dont look further. Brigita made sure to accomodate every question or requirement

Alloggio molto curato, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Molto confortevole, arredato con qualità e gusto estetico, ogni singolo dettaglio denota attenzione da parte dei proprietari, per fare in modo che l'ospite si senta coccolato e come a casa propria.

Die Apartments haben eine tolle Lage direkt am Fluss mit schön gepflegtem Garten. Besonders praktisch fand ich die kostenlose Nutzung von Fahrrädern und Waschmaschinen, die zwar in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber funktionieren. Die private Sauna mit Liegen, WC, Dusche und allem was man benötigt, kann für 40€ für 2 Stunden gebucht werden. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns sehr willkommen von unseren Hosts!

Die Unterkunft entspricht einer sehr gemütlichen Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage.

I had an amazing stay here with my girls, who are 7 and 5. The entire place was spotless, and they were thrilled to not only have their own room but also access to toys! They typically prefer hotels, but they loved every minute of this sweet apartment. I prefer to stay on the top floor, regardless of whether or not there is an elevator, because we didn't experience any noise from upstairs occupants! This turned out to be a positive for us, especially since my kids go to bed early! The location was perfect. I was solo parenting the entire time without a car, and we walked everywhere. I told my husband multiple times that we couldn't have picked a better location. I will definitely be sharing this place with friends and hope to return in the future! Thank you!

Séjour très agréable chez Vesna. Maison très bien équipée dans un super environnement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits cadeaux offerts par la famille, oeufs, bières, une bouteille de champagne et un plateau dégustation fromage et charcuterie. Nous avons également eu des échanges très chaleureux. Tout était parfait.

We hebben hier, samen met ons bijna 2 jaar oude zoon, enorm genoten. Een rustige, huiselijke en fijne plek van alle gemakken voorzien. Voldoende ruimte en alles netjes. Het is dichtbij een winkeltje en klein restaurant voor de basisbehoeften. Bled ligt op een paar minuutjes rijden of anders een goeie wandeling. De drukte van Bled is in dit rustige dorpje gelukkig ver weg. Bedankt voor alle goede zorgen, het is oprecht een "happy place"

Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und alle waren super nett. Unser kleiner Sohn krank geworden und wir duften dann sogar früher einchecken, was absolut großartig war. Zudem hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick und Zugang zum Garten. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Perfekte Unterkunft in Klagenfurt! Wenn man mit Hund reist auch sehr zu empfehlen wegen dem Garten. Super Lage! Man ist gleich am See und auch gleich im Zentrum von Klagenfurt.

Ein hübsches Apartment in einen Außenbezirk. Kuschelig eingerichtet, kein unnützer Schnickschnack und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir haben dort eine ganze Woche verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung der Öffis in die Innenstadt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tickets haben wir über die App Grazmobil gekauft, einmal anmelden und dann ist es ganz einfach. In unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Frederike gibt gute Tipps für Kunst, Kultur und ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin.

Great place, very calm and quiet, spacious, comfortable, nice design, friendly adaptive proactive host. Would stay again.

Miha was the perfect host. the property was exactly what we needed. during the day we had a lot of exhausting activities planned and being able to rest and recover in the beautiful surroundings made us fresh day after day. if I ever needed anything Miha was able to provide for me and my friends. we were all very sad to leave, we could have stayed there forever. I'm already planning my return to lake bled with the intention to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.
