The only negative thing about our stay was that it was just way too short;) We enjoyed the time incredibly! There were no wishes left unfulfilled and Gerald welcomed us very warmly as a host. The surroundings are just awesome, whether hiking in the hills behind the house or chilling by the lake or paddling with the rowboat or, or, or... just beautiful!

The cottage is, as described, very private and in the middle of the forest. A great retreat. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Anyone who can make a fire has a clear advantage, then it is possible to heat up the hot tub and the stove in the cottage. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep, but our dog slept downstairs without any problems.

We felt very comfortable. Highlight of the whole thing was that you could use the entire spa and children's area of the Hotel Cristallo (included).

We feel lucky to have stayed at this house—the views really are just as stunning as they are in the pictures. Boža and Dušan were very welcoming and we had everything we needed to really settle in for a few nights—the kitchen, for example, was very well furnished with all sorts of practical implements for real cooking (i.e. not just a few dull knives and a single ladle rattling around in otherwise empty drawers). We really appreciated the house's easy access to Italy, Austria, and of course the rest of northwestern Slovenia—it offers a great combination of dramatic mountain views and easy road access (so no daredevil driving up and down steep and rocky rural roads every time you want to get some groceries). I'm sure the house is lovely in all seasons, but it was especially enjoyable to take a dip in the jacuzzi with an overnight frost settling in and then cozy up by the fireplace inside.

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. The accommodation is perfect! There are all kinds of amenities, enough space and everything is clean. The sauna and jacuzzi are an absolute highlight and very easy to use. The accommodation is super cozy. I can recommend it to everyone.

Could not think of a more perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Bled. Incredibly easy check in, super responsive and helpful host, and the place was very quiet and cozy. If I ever find myself back in Bled, this will be at the top of my list!

A pearl-ringed, quiet place, ideal for a little retreat from the noise of the city. The garden is very well maintained and equipped. Absolutely recommended!

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Excellent apartment in the most beautiful city in the world! We loved Ljubljana and this location is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient to stop back a few times daily. Tara is a great host and the place is clean, bright and modern. Highly recommend!

We were 8 adults and 6 children and enjoyed the weekend in Reinhard's house. It was perfect both for the kids as there were two gardens as well as for the adults as the kitchen-living room invites you to cozy gatherings. There was enough space for everyone (a rarity) and the kitchen was well equipped. You can tell that the house is inhabited and maintained by its owners and is a place of peace and relaxation. The communication with Reinhard was impeccable, he is an extremely reactive and accommodating host and has been very accommodating to our wishes and concerns. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, the key is stored in a safe. The surroundings are also picturesque, the house nestled in the most beautiful nature in a small charming place. All in all: great recommendation, especially for quality-time in the circle of friends!

After a little struggle with finding the place, not really the fault of the host's directions, the reward was enormous. not a big space but the views were astonishing. The space was adequate, with functional kitchen and amenities and beautifully presented, but it was the outside which makes this place amazing. We didn't want to leave and neither will you.

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

Great place to stay away from the busy area. We found the bikes to be super valuable.

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

Dear Ulrike and dear Christian, we felt very comfortable in your apartment, your tips for excursions, sights and restaurants were very helpful. The lakeside resort, supermarket, restaurants and many excursion destinations were very easy to reach by bike and not far away. Your warmth and hospitality was lovely. Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help.
