About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. Viel Grund und Wiese und eine nette Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen. In einer ruhigen Lage eingebettet von 1600m2 befindet sich das neue Ferienhaus. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist ein Radweg, eine Laufstrecke, ein Fahrradweg, die Berge und vieles vieles mehr. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Stadionbad zum schwimmen und im Winter ist das Skigebiet Koralpe nur 15 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Klappbett aufzustellen für 1 Kind.

Über den Wolken

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. Auszeit in Pustritz

In meinem Haus, in dem sich Menschen, die hier leben und Gäste begegnen, befindet sich eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern einer Küche mit einer Essecke und einem Badezimmer mit Klo. Die Wohung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und bildet eine eigene Wohneinheit und ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet. !! Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
