The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
