Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Pure mountain experience! Our apartment Wolke7 (67 sqm & 2 bedrooms) at 1500 m above sea level, near the middle station of the Villach local mountain Gerlitzen, offers spectacular views, sunny tranquility and direct proximity to the ski slope (800 m). The in-house heated indoor pool is available - ideal for active days and relaxing hours. The modern apartment is located high above the clouds on the top 6th floor in the Edelweiss house. The kitchen is brand new and there is a cozy covered balcony.

Located in the center of Bled, Slovenia - an amazing Alpine jewel known for its breathtaking landscape complimented with and isle church and a 1000-year old castle - is the Park Bled Apartment. Completely new farmhouse-style apartments with a small garden spot overlooking a lakeside park is a perfect fit for those who want to be in the center of it all and look for a cozy private place to stay after an active day outside. Obligatory payments on arrival in cash: city tax 3,13 €/person/night.

Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

Small cabin, renovated in an old and traditional style, where homeliness, originality and comfort are intertwined. Chalet is located in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle. It has two terraces. The simplicity of the cabin takes us into the role of shepherds, where we can enjoy the warm evening atmosphere of the crackling of the fire. It has a large luxury bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower with hot water. Chalet has fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sofa.

The Almresi hut invites you to cozy evenings in front of the Karmin as well as to beautiful hours of sunshine in the hammocks. In summer there is also the summer toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. ATTENTION: An extra fee may apply for bed linens and towels!!
