At 6500 feet in the tall trees of Sequoia National Forest. Near Kern river(rafting, fishing), hot springs, Trail of the Giants. Alta Sierra is dense neighborhood of cabins with neighbors close by. TWO GUESTS ONLY, NO PARTIES, NO PETS! Only 1 bar cell svs-plus record player/TV/videos/books/games. Heavy snow possible!

Located in the center of the valley near every activity (Shirley Meadow skiing, Lake Isabella, Kern River, Sequoia National Forest NOT PARK), Note: Resort Fee is Temp Occupancy Tax imposed by Kern County, not my choice.

Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!

The Cabin at Three Falls Ranch

Three Falls Ranch Guest Cabin dates back to the early 1920’s. Recently remodeled, the cabin boasts 2 bedroom 2 bath (has the option for a 5th roll away bed). Visitors have access to over 1/3 mile of Poso Creek including the waterfalls, 130 acres of ranch hiking, bird watching, wildflowers, creek exploring & guided visits with our animals (mini goats, chickens , mini donkeys). Little Dun Retreat

We invite you to enjoy the gorgeous space we have created for our guests. It is a completely secluded guest home with a bathroom and kitchenette. Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy cooking a meal on our BBQ while your spouse relaxes under the stars on our semi-private deck that is fully enclosed. Town is about a 20 minute walk from local bars and restaurants. This is a peaceful place to retreat after enjoying all this little town has to offer.
