Vacation rentals with beach access in Wilmington

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

Cute , quiet beachy apartment, 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and lots of stuff to do. The golf cart was the greatest amenity. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. VERY WORTH IT ! Would totally stay again.

A very nice place, if you want to spend a great time relaxing this is the right place, at night there is a lot of noise, but you arrive tired and relaxed from the beach that doesn't even bother you to sleep.

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. Kermit and Amy instructions were very clear, and they answered my questions right away, …A very attentive host team.

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

We had an amazing time and loved the house and made hundreds of new memories for ourselves. The place was beautiful and clean, exactly what we expected and needed for a vacation. Gennaro himself was attentive to our messages and responded quickly! We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back ourselves!!

This was a great place to stay! Even though I couldn’t make it, my father was able to enjoy the space and all the nearby areas for sightseeing. They were also kind enough to refund the pet fee that I did not end up using.

This was our second time staying at Shawn’s place. Check was very clear and simple to understand. There was a welcome note with a bottle of wine, water and snacks on the table when we arrived.. The house was very clean as always when we arrived. Also the location is great the neighbors are friendly as well as a nice neighborhood. My family really enjoyed ourselves. This trip we explored different places and areas we didn’t go to on our last visit and had a great time. Thank you Shawn for sharing your wonderful home with us once again😊.

This beach house was the perfect pick for our parents’ anniversary celebration! The location was fantastic, just an eight-minute walk to the beach, though we drove and found parking in about three minutes—so convenient! The place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with stunning modern renovations, and matched the pictures and description perfectly. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for an incredible beach getaway, including beach towels and a beach wagon for us to use, plus a fully equipped kitchen for cooking special meals, and we loved using the grill and relaxing in the hot tub. The host was incredibly responsive, answering every question in a flash, making our stay seamless. The thoughtful touches, like clear check-in and check-out instructions, made us feel so welcome. Our experience was beyond amazing with zero complaints, and we’re already eager to book again! We’ll be raving about this gem to everyone!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

Wonderful little quiet beach vacation get away! Perfect central location that still feels like your own little piece of paradise

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

We love staying at Station One when we visit Wrightsville! It’s the best location. Once you park, there is no need to get back in your car. It is walkable to great restaurants and shops! We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely the cutest little apartment! It is the best location on wrightsville beach to me - and I loved it! Also, Laura is incredibly responsive and it was easy to find everything. 10/10.

Vanesa’s condo is among the best that Carolina Beach has to offer!! Located right on the boardwalk and a quick walk to the beach there is never a shortage of restaurants, bars, or fun events to walk to. The condo itself was wonderfully furnished and spotless clean, we would highly recommend!
