Host was extremely responsive! My kids enjoyed all the games,activities, bikes, etc. My husband throughly enjoyed the hot tuband I enjoyed the peaceful surrounding. The walk to the beach was short, there was something for everyone in our group to enjoy.

Amber's place is dream. The hot tub and space were charming and comfortable. waking up to all the animals helped start my day off the right way and was a complete mood booster. it was very clean and the hot tub is to die for. I would love to stay here again

My group loved this home! So well decorated with plenty of linens and space! The kitchen was well stocked and clear instructions for hot tub and check out were provided! The dining table was perfect for games and meals! Back yard was a little dream with the lights and hot tub! Loved that it was pup friendly, even though we had no pups! Will certainly be back if ever in the area again!

We had a wonderful stay with our fur babies. The fenced in yard was a super plus ! The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was amazing to cook in all appliances were clean and updated ! Wonderful family room and clean bathrooms .

Exceeded our expectations! This home was indeed a "home away from home", that provided everything needed for our stay. The host thought of everything. The beautiful home was supplied with all essentials for a wonderful getaway. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The neighbors were so friendly and personable. Having the beach within walking distance was the cherry on top. I appreciate Jessica being available when needed. We will definitely be back!

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. We would love to come back to you little Haven.. Dianne and Mark were so helpful and nice in giving all necessary instructions. Your cozy place was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Rosie

Wonderful Dog Friendly Home w/ Hot Tub & Golf Cart

This home was beyond our expectations…the open concept, gorgeous beachy decor, very comfortable furniture and beds, even the appliances were top notch! Our family of 5 fit in this house perfectly, plenty of room. The golf cart was perfect for getting around town, we used it every single day. The yard is private and beautiful, it was a great yard for us and our dog to enjoy. The area is amazing. Perfect beaches just a short drive from the beach. The owners were quick and responsive. We only needed help one time (and it was user error for us with the golf cart, not anything wrong.) We would love to come back here! Thank you, Sol Seeker for providing an amazing home for this family to enjoy our week staying in!

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

Stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding. Accommodated us 5 groomsmen with spouses easily. Nice 15 minute scenic walk to the beach and a lot more cost effective than staying on the beach.

The living area features a seating arrangement with two blue couches and a glass coffee table. A ceiling fan and a mounted television provide comfort and entertainment. Natural light filters through multiple windows, illuminating the open floor plan leading to the dining space.

We had the best time at Alisa’s house! It was perfect with everything we needed! So close to downtown! 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to come back!

Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a beach getaway. The hosts were very nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanup also was a very simple process and not intensive at all. 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was updated and clean. I really loved that it wasn't overstuffed with trinkets or decor, very simply and not overstimulating. This was a last minute trip and the host accommodated us wonderfully. We will be saving this BnB and coming back for a longer stay!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.
