Great for families with two pack n plays/ high chairs and toys. Walk around the airstrip or sit on the deck while your kids play in the yard. Enjoy rainy or cold days in our Igloo. Unwind downstairs with a bar, 65” tv, games, speaker, and pool table. End the evening with a fire or sauna. Two tie down.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Talkeetna Burl Cabin is pet friendly cabin located 5 miles from Talkeetna on a quiet country street. Many prior guests have written that their stay was one of the best they had in Alaska! Breakfast goodies and coffee are provided so you can relax during your stay. Please note that this is a dry cabin, water is provided and it also has an inside composting toilet. Wifi code MTA Talkeetnaburlcabin. During summer months I have a community greenhouse with neighbors coming and going!

Let's go fly! Book for 2 nights or more and get a free flight around the local area! The cabin boasts a direct view of the 1,200' private runway. Located on the 100+ acre Pilot Lodge, there is plenty of room for your vehicles, aircraft, etc. Drive in or fly-in, your choice. This cabin (12ftx16ft with a 4ft deck) is mid-field down the runway located next to 3 other quaint cabins. There is also a full washer and dryer located in the ultity cabin (just about 75' away from your cabin).

Quaint rural cabin near Hatcher Pass

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, though we ask that you request before using it. Want pets? Send a private message we offer pets with a cleaning deposit.

The Clearing - Birch Cabin (Dry)

This peaceful cabin situated among a birch stand will make you feel like you're blissfully remote. Get away without having to pack-out! Cabin has majestic views and access to the main house for a full, private bathroom if/when needed. Also included is access to the hot tub at the main house. Main house is located about 100 yards away. Equipped with a full-futon as well as desk and reading chair. No wifi, but cell-signal is strong.
