We were very pleasantly surprised right after booking that Melissa said the place was ready and we could check-in anytime. She followed up frequently to check if all was in order The apartment was in pristine condition, very comfortable, quiet. It was well located…. Close to stores and amenities. What a great stay! We really enjoyed the cabin and Heather was very helpful and responsive when we had a crazy storm that dumped snow. The location is close to downtown Mammoth and Eagle lodge is a short drive or walk away. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space for everyone!

Very responsive. Had one hiccup which was solved very easily. Would recommend and would come again!
