Cosy atmosphere, relaxing garden, clean as being at home. A lovely house in a green belt of Wien. Spacious interieur, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, top cleanliness even in the last hidden corner, also inside the furnitures. Easy going, helpful, intelligent landlord/landlady. You can feel, you arrived to the best days of Austria. If you do not mind to commute a bit more to Stephansdom, but being hosted in a super relaxing, quiet environment, you would love it. I can only recommend.

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We stayed at Barbara’s place for two months and loved every minute of it! The location is unbeatable, not even 10 mins to walk to the beautiful Hauptplatz of Tulln or the Danube River . The house is well equipped with everything you need in everyday life and the new windows keep out any noise that you might otherwise hear from the traffic, even though it’s a quiet area. So far it’s been the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and we highly recommend it! Barbara has been the loveliest host, the place was decorated with Mozartkugeln when we arrived 😊. She was very responsive and had some great suggestions for things to do. Also, the Messe Tulln is in walking distance and so is the Garden Tulln. And even the train station is less than 2 km away, and the train takes you to Vienna in 20 minutes. Perfect! 😍

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place for - especially for short parties: Super fast and uncomplicated contact, one hour after booking I was able to check in, everything was explained in person - I got 2 more blankets 😊 - The sauna was the highlight on the cold evening. And even though I was actually late for breakfast, I got another espresso. Absolutely recommended and VERY HAPPY TO COME BACK! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location to explore Vienna. Apartment has all the essentials with such unique decor offering the ideal home for a vacation getaway. Spacious, centrally located, yet quiet accommodation with unusually complete amenities at a high level. We have been Christianas guests several times and have always been very satisfied. The apartment is certainly also suitable for a longer stay.

From Westbahnhof, take line 6 for about 5 stops to Meidling. The apartment is not far from the train station in a residential area and is within walking distance. The building has different access codes for the entrance door and the apartment door via the Nuki app. In the event that the app does not work immediately, you can still open the door at the apartment door using a separate code or with the key from the key safe. Everything in the apartment is super clean and the bathroom is equipped with a large shower. Towels and linens are provided. The bed is comfortable, but it was a little too narrow for us at 160 cm. You can only watch TV via streaming services. Unfortunately, we were overwhelmed and had to get by without television for 4 days. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable. Florian answered questions within a short time and was always very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The design of the rooms is beautiful—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to every little detail. The space felt very comfortable and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the lovely dishes, nespresso coffee machine and overall decor. The location is also good—just a short walk to the tram station, and only about 5 minutes to get to Karlsplatz, which made getting around the city super easy. Kinka, the host, was amazing—very helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

When travelling it is so nice to find a home away from home!!! After long days of sightseeing, I would retreat to the yellow chair and my husband to the sofa! The apartment was pristine! It had EVERYTHING you could possibly want. There is a great grocery store BILLA just up the street. Very reasonable food prices and great selection. Roman was incredibly responsive and was helpful in giving us options as to where we could store our luggage for the time in between our checkout and boat trip to Bratislava. We would definitively stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Vienna!

Cosy appartment very close to stores and public transportation. Great option if you are looking to stay outside Vienna and travel there for visits.

Great modern apartment in the museum district. Quick access to public transport. Very quiet location to the backyard and would also be very cool on hot days, which was important to us (although it was not hot during our stay). It's great that dogs are welcome!

It was a very nice stay. The location was very calm and peaceful. Only thing is that there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Everything else was amazing. No noise, air conditioners and fans. Greenery and cozy.

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.
