Lovely place to stay. Lots of room for my family. Peaceful. Walking to restaurants. Pizza nearby was great.

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Cosy atmosphere, relaxing garden, clean as being at home. A lovely house in a green belt of Wien. Spacious interieur, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, top cleanliness even in the last hidden corner, also inside the furnitures. Easy going, helpful, intelligent landlord/landlady. You can feel, you arrived to the best days of Austria. If you do not mind to commute a bit more to Stephansdom, but being hosted in a super relaxing, quiet environment, you would love it. I can only recommend.

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Maries apartment. The flat is located very central and in great condition with everything you need. Communication was perfect aswell. Would book again anytime!

Leon was very responsive since booking till we left his place. He allowed us to check out an hour and a half after checking out time which helped us a lot. The place needs a bit of attention in clearing but was comfortable for the three of us each with their own room. we didn't need to use the kitchen but I feel the kitchen might need a little attention eg the kettle has no lid. The location was the best feature as its a few minutes walk to the centre with tons of resturants shops bars around. Very quiet no noise from the streets at all. All in all we enjoyed a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Vienna and we look forward to returning again. Thank you Leon

Absolutely! Here’s the revised version with a note about the beautiful decor included: ⸻ You can’t beat the location of this gorgeous place! It’s right in the heart of everything, yet perfectly tucked away so it feels peaceful and private, away from the city buzz. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that make it feel both stylish and welcoming. We parked at the garage Ursula recommended, which is about a 10–15 minute scenic walk from the apartment. Just a heads-up for future guests: parking is quite expensive (25 euros per day) unless you have their P-card. The catch is that the P-card needs to be mailed to you ahead of time and isn’t available if you’re from the U.S. This isn’t a knock on Ursula at all—just something we wish we had known beforehand. If you do have the P-card, you’ll get 50% off parking.

Location was amazing. It was close to historical sites, transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and parks. Our U-bahn station was just a couple of stops away from the main train station. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothes. The shower temperature was a little hard to get just right, but had great water pressure. Our hosts were great. They responded quickly and were so helpful.

The place is incredibly comfortable, clean, and well positioned close to the center. Everything you could desire for a relaxing stay. One bed is a little more comfortable than the other, but it does the job. The kitchen is equipped for cooking some meals. The bathroom is very nice as well. We would come back.

Located in the heart of Vienna, close to restaurants, historic center, cafés, and attractions. Bika’s response was immediate, with excellent flexibility and understanding for every request. The apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for. The TV with Apple Play allowed us to watch news from back home. Nice view, quiet location, and comfortable beds. It’s easy to get around Vienna from the apartment. We had a weekly ticket in the WienMobil app. There’s a large and well-stocked grocery store nearby. We had a great time there for a week. Beautiful view and great rooftop terraces, which we unfortunately didn’t get to use because the weather wasn’t the best. We would love to come back.

It was a very nice stay. The location was very calm and peaceful. Only thing is that there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Everything else was amazing. No noise, air conditioners and fans. Greenery and cozy.

We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very lovingly decorated and you will find everything you need. Bus and subway are in the immediate vicinity and you can quickly get to downtown. We enjoyed the walk along the Danube to the subway and the Congress Center. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Having the subway so close was great because we spent nearly all of our time exploring other areas and visiting attractions. The little bakery one block up the Main Street was good for coffee and breakfast.

Everything was as described. Lots of space and everything in a great condition. Very near all the tourist places but calm neighbourhood.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, tastefully furnished and decorated apartment. It is very well located, a 5-minute walk to the direct metro to the city center in a very short time. There is a beautiful view of the Danube Canal and the apartment is quiet, the bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard. Dagmar explains the check-in very well and is very responsive if you have any questions. Finally, the bedding is good. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this apartment.
