Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. Cosy self contained annex + off road parking. 25 min walk to the harbour where you can sample the famous Whitstable oysters. 17 min walk to town centre with numerous independent shops. 15 min walk from train station easy access to London. 10 min walk to Crab and Winkle Line. 10 min drive to Canterbury, 25 min drive to Maidstone, 20 min drive to Thanet. Please note there’s building in a nearby field so occasionally some noise may be heard during the daytime. EV charger available on request.

The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.
