The sea is 1 mins walk as is the tennis court. Just another minute or so along the beach is the famous Old Neptune pub, where you can sip your pint outside by the sea or inside listening to fav live music most nights! The high street is a few mins away too!

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat is not suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor.
