What an amazing trip we have just enjoyed to Raychel’s beautiful cottage. The place in pristine condition and was exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. The cottage is stunning when you drive into it and as soon as you walk in the brightness and cleanliness jumps out. The kitchen and living room are fantastic and there was so much comfortable seating. So after a long day we were able to settle down and chill in front of a film. The property is in an incredible location for restaurants and of the course the beach and dreamland (ideal for my 6 year old!). Raychel was so clear and communicative throughout - access was explained with ease. Looking forward to returning in the near future!

Just a few minutes walk from the high street, 6 minutes to the harbour and beach. Lovely shops, many leisurely walks and lovely and quiet when back indoors. Everything on hand in the property. Contacted the host a couple of times and got a response very quickly. Would we stay here again… absolutely

Terrific stay in a beautiful house. Could not be better situated- 2 min walk to the beach via some of the loveliest parts of Whitstable high street. Spacious feel to the front room and dining area. Thank you for leaving the donuts for us! Lovely understated outdoor space at the back to chill with a coffee. Fantastic comms, really simple entry and clear, courteous communication throughout. Could not recommend this cottage more! Kevin and Lynn’s place is honestly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. The home is so beautifully designed and decorated, plus it comes fully equipped with everything you can think of. Kevin and Lynn are so warming and polite and even left us chocolate for Easter. This is the perfect little getaway spot!

Ellenor’s cottage is as described and is a beautiful little place to stay. It was easy to find and we didn’t have trouble with parking. Great location for all the local attractions - beach, harbour market and loads of pubs and restaurants. We recommend Birdies for dinner and Wheeler’s for whenever! The pubs across the road didn’t bother us at all. We stopped into The New Inn for a couple of drinks. Would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Georgina's beautiful cottage. The proximity to the seafront was ridiculously close, the instructions for the house were word-perfect, we didn't need for anything, and she was prompt and happy to respond to any requests we had. Would not hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be coming back!

We had a lovely stay at the Fisherman’s cottage, it is a cute place to stay with lots of original features, in a super central location in Broadstairs so very easy reach to the beaches & local amenities. Very clear & good communications with the hosts Beverly & Phil. 🙏

We chose Kristy's home for a weekend stay as it was a 1 min walk from our family's home. We know Whitstable well, but with children we've sadly outgrown staying with our famiy when we visit - hence this rental. Though we didn't spend much time in the house, everything we needed was there, the house was modern and clean. We slept very soundly at night. The hot water bottles were a welcome touch for our cold toes at the end of the day when it was nippy. On our second day, we noticed that the fridge wasn't working but with the ice packs from the freezer, made due for a few breakfast bits we kept in the fridge. Kristy promptly apologized for the inconvenience. That is an easy fix so we'll definitely stay again!

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed as a family in Dahlia’s beautiful cottage. It is in the absolute heart of town with everything on your doorstep. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Beds great and lovely linens. The little back garden was perfect for breakfast and an evening drink. We were left a nice bottle of bubbles in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Dahlia is very responsive to messages. We had no problems at all in the cottage. WiFi is great, parking was a bit tricky on the day we arrived but got a little easier House was spotless. No 1 Whitstable did delicious food and The Ship Centurean did a fabulous Sunday roast . Don’t miss a visit to thw famous The Neptune Thank you for a wonderful stay Dahlia

Fischer’s cottage is a wonderfully tranquil getaway in a beautiful part of Kent. The cottage was very comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a magnificent wood burning stove in the living room to keep us cosy on a slightly chilly Summer evening. The garden was a delight and allowed our two-year old daughter a great space to play. We even made use of the BBQ and outdoor wood-burning stove. D was so helpful with directions, recommendations of where to visit and which pubs and restaurants to eat at. We would certainly come back again.

Lovely cottage, very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The area is stunning, you come off the busy motorway to within minutes being in a rural very peaceful setting which was perfect for a short little break away for our family and 2 little dogs. We had some lovely walks and the local pub only a 10 minute walk away was also excellent and very accommodating. My only negative was that the garden was not managed and quite over grown. The weather was lovely and we sat outside for breakfasts so it was a shame that the same attention had not been paid to the outside space, which i do feel is important. This aside Lulu was a great host and we had a fantastic break away, I would definately recommend.

We would like to say a big thank you. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this property. The garden was 100% safe for our dog and we found it nice and quiet, surrounded by nature and orchards. Mark had left lots of leaflets showing what's going on in the area, and was very kind to recommend places to visit and eat/drink. The accommodation was designed and decorated with alot of thought and attention to detail, to establish a very comfortable stay. We will certainly be visiting again.

We’ve just returned from a short 2-night stay at Sue’s lovely Whitstable cottage, and our only regret is that we hadn’t booked to stay for longer! Everything about our stay was just great - the cottage itself is exactly as it appears on the listed images, and it’s a really lovely property. Very clean, beautifully decorated and in a prime location to take a short wander into the heart of bustling Whitstable, which is such a lovely coastal town, with an abundance of independent stores and fantastic places to eat, drink and unwind. We loved our stay at Sue’s cottage, and Sue was a wonderful host, offering detailed and thoughtful communications prior to our stay. We definitely plan on a return visit to Whitstable in the future, and would stay at Sue’s cottage again without hesitation.

We were able to meet her gorgeous horse use of secure outbuildings for our bikes. Michelle had left some Easter treats and a nice bottle of wine, which was an added and grateful bonus. Lovely away from it all cabin with an excellent dog friendly garden and a hot tub we sadly couldn’t fit in the car 😂. Recharged our batteries with a lovely 4 day break. Thank you for letting us stay we had such a great time. X

The Old shires barn was beyond our expectations, with an absolutely beautiful living space. The gift basket and robes were a very nice touch that made us feel at home. The owners were very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout. It was a pleasure to stay here and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. Absolutely charming place with charming hosts. Julie and Brian were very kind, hospitable and very informative about the local area. They really go (and went) the extra mile for which we are grateful for. The Old Goat House was perfect for our long weekend away. The area was secluded and peaceful. We were able to relax in front of the log burner or in the hot tub. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Me and my partner stayed for three nights, and all I can say is WOW ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay. The property worked perfectly for a couple, and was better than we could have imagined. The hot tub area was secluded and even better than the images that we originally looked at. The stay was pure relaxation, and the hosts were fantastic. An extra special thank you for the lemon drizzle cake and small added extras, they made such a lovely touch!!! We are already planning to revisit again - definitely do not hesitate to book!

Me and my mum had a lovely few days in Deal. The apartment is lovely and peaceful and with all the home comforts. Super close to the beach and walkable to the town centre or close to the bus into town. Sarah was a lovely, responsive and friendly host. We really enjoyed our week in Cordyline. Very well located between the beach and high street. With two young children in our group we ate in every night and the kitchen was well equipped to enable this. The ground floor communal area was spacious and linked well with the small suntrap garden, which we also made good use of. Communication was good before and during our stay with small issue responded to and resolved quickly.

We had a wonderful stay The cottage is well located for walkers (we were walking the Pilgrim Way) with beautiful views. It had everything we needed and felt like home from home. We appreciated the little extras, milk, apple juice, tea, coffee, shower gel etc. Lots to do locally and we made use of the Coop and local pubs in Lenham. Peter and Stella could not have been more helpful.

Very cosy and with a lovely garden and the perfect location to get around Sandwich easily. We also visited Deal which was an easy journey by public transport. We’ve already decided we will be back - thank you Dawn for making us feel so welcome! 🤗

Great cottage in a beautiful location. Garden, and the snowdrops were stunning. The only downside was the very low ceilings. We had a great weekend stay at Ian’s lovely house. The accommodation was perfect for the 7 of us, plenty of space and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for exploring deal, close to the seafront and the nice pubs and restaurants. We appreciated all the welcoming touches. Would highly recommended.
