Hotel vacation rentals in Western North Carolina

This is an incredible house! The river views were exceptional. The house overlooks a bend in the river and I could see a quarter of a mile in each direction. Inside there was everything that one would expect, plus some. With a lot of space inside and out (deck with grill and seating), this is definitely a great place for a group gathering. Enjoyed it immensely!

Everything about our stay at Diana’s was perfect! Location, cleanliness, attentiveness and all the extras! She made us feel like family and truly cared about us having a nice and relaxing time while visiting! We will be returning guests, cannot say enough great things about this wonderful lady and her place! Go TIGERS!

This place is very nice and quiet and close to nearby restaurants/shops. It's very cozy and have that country/ log cabin feel. The host Dan was extra helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us and there was no problem with late check-in, in case you got in some kinda of traffic jam, etc. He and his wife offered to help with anything they could. Wonderful southern hospitality. We wished we stayed longer. My family loved that place and we plan to rent it again in the future. AA+ P.S.We only went to eat at the "Waffle King" place near by and the folks there were very sweet and welcoming too. Good vibes all around!

Amazing down home comfort. Home cooked breakfast, everyone felt like family from the get go!

Nice room, well worth the price paid. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook instead of eating out for every meal. There were plenty of grocery stores near by (Publix, Kroger, WalMart) so no need to bring groceries. Plenty of attractions and things to do near by also. The bed was comfy, the couch bed was comfy, everything was clean, just needed an extra blanket or two. I’d recommend this room and I’d stay here again.

The Lodge was great for our family group to gather before and after a family wedding. It was comfortable, great location, and a cool older building. Lake Junaluska was stunning.

the hospitality and kindness towards me and my gf was amazing. everyone’s demeanor was so lovely and speaking with them was very wholesome. the rooms were very clean and cozy and the atmosphere around the campground was out of this world. i couldn’t recommend any other place!

Everything was as described and the hotel has a great location.

Every amenity you could possibly need for an extended stay or just a long weekend including laundry in unit. Lots of places to go within walking distance for food, entertainment or drinks. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to even though I barely put in my reservation before the designated check in time they were still ready and waiting when I arrived five minutes later. Great ending to a long, long drive.

We enjoyed our overnight here. The owner, manager and staff were very congenial and helpful. The dog walk was nice to have and very convenient to have food service available. The facility was super clean. and quiet. We witnessed a staff huddle in the lobby on the morning we left between the manager and staff which I am sure contributes to the good service and smiling faces that we encountered during our stay. When we come back to Asheville we will definitely stay here!

Stayed here with kids and had pool movie night breakfast plenty of towels in pool area and in room

Modern and spacious! Great place to stay!

This is a very new inn in Damascus, right on the edge of town and easy to get to. The suite was super clean and comfortable (esp. the bed!) with up-to-date tech, such as automatic log-out of personal entertainment accounts (Netflix, etc.) when you check out. However, our favorite thing was the peaceful view out the back - a lovely farm and the river. We were also very close to the Virginia Creeper trail, but it was below the property so we were distracted by people walking or biking by. It was a lovely place to stay, and we had upstairs neighbors but minimal noise. We hope to return!

Beautiful location, clean, and miss gina was very helpful with the check in process, we are already planning on coming back. I wish i could give 10 stars. Definitely worth it!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean and functional. In addition to the standard amenities (mini shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc.), Paula had also left a mini sewing kit, cotton balls, and Q-tips. We enjoyed sitting at the table in the room, watching people come and go in the general store, as well as sitting on the back deck, listening to the creek and watching the fireflies. The general store also has a restaurant, and as a guest, you have access to breakfast. Paula was easy to talk to and friendly. Overall, highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful Air B&b’s I’ve stayed at and there have been many. I was Wow’d before I walked in the front door and gasped with delight when we stepped inside and walked around. What a great Air B&b experience and such delightful stay.

Awesome spot! Clean and quiet location.

The Tellico Plains Inn is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the Babcock room which was spacious and SO CLEAN! We were in town on a motorcycle and were able to park it safely off the street, and walk to the Peach Street Grill which was delicious! John was a fantastic host. The room was set up very comfortably and there was nothing we needed that hadn’t already been provided. Check in and out was easy and John was a great communicator! Would stay here again anytime.

Pretty and secluded area. Cabins are basic and no frills, but that is adequately described in the ad. Appreciated the coffee in the cabin.
