Exactly as described and shown. Peaceful, clean, huge TV with lots of streaming services, all furniture very comforable, beautiful interior. I can't say enough great things about this place. Joey himself was friendly and responsive. Any issue I had was taken care of rather quickly and he was friendly about it. We are already wanting to come back. This location is very ideal for anyone traveling to upstate SC. Thank you for offering your space, Joey. We felt at home.

Jenny accepted by booking on VERY short notice, and at a busy time for her, and I really appreciated her graciousness for the spontaneous trip. Her home is completely lovely, and it feels serene despite the store across the street; I think her lovely trees and flowers help with that a lot. I heard street noise briefly, but that ended early, and it was a very quiet night, with a wonderful bed. And the porch! Oh, my. It's on the back of the house and feels like it's miles from city busyness. Yet, the things we planned to do in Asheville were only 15-20 minutes away. And the muffins are DELICIOUS. Jenny responded quickly to both my request to book and to other comments from me. Her home is spotless and welcoming, filled with lovely treasures and good books. I hope to return soon!

Laura washed all the bedding to reduce the fragrance from the usual detergents she uses. It was a big help. Very comfortable mattress and spacious interior. Quiet. Beautiful landscape and pasture across the street. Great place to unwind!

I had a great stay here! The place had everything that I needed. There was great wifi access and I was able to work here. The area was beautiful and I woke up to birds every morning. James was friendly and an all around great host. I’d highly recommend to anyone coming to the Asheville area. I hope to visit again!

Absolutely loved the rustic yet extremely comfortable feeling of the room. The West End Café as recommended was phenomenal. Without Dave letting me know that Google maps takes you somewhere wrong I would’ve been lost. However, he was proactive and told me that and I ended up right at the door very easily. Beautiful area quiet felt at home. He actually came and checked on me this morning after I texted and told him I was leaving he came out of the house just to make sure everything was OK. If I have the opportunity to be back there and spend the night again, I will definitely stay at Dave’s place if it’s available. Not sure if it was on purpose or if someone else had left it, but there was even Bud Light in the fridge if I had wanted! Thank you for your hospitality!

If I could live here for the rest of my life, I would. Judy and Steve are wonderful hosts who happen to be living on a slice of perfection. The space is large, squeaky clean, quiet, and I hadn’t slept as well in years. Perfectly appointed. Parking is right outside in their large driveway with a dedicated spot. I chose to walk in the evenings and saw horses, sheep, goats, and a very friendly donkey next door. The best rental space I have ever stayed in which has been numerous. This was a beautiful loft, off the beaten path. The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect for a trip to Knoxville. And if you get in late, no worries it's right next to Bucee's for all your needs!

The view was amazing! Our favorite place was sitting by the fireplace. It looked just like the pictures. Quiet and peaceful. Nice touches with the decor. Anglea responded and answered questions quickly. It's approximately 15 - 20 minutes from Asheville. 10/10 would recommend.

The guest house was beautifully decorated and well equipped for any of your needs. Pool was awesome. Jim was such a gracious host. We had a cookout and invited Jim to join us! He was so friendly and so was Poppy the cockapoo! We will definitely recommend this place to all our family and friends.

Sandra is very welcoming and had great recommendations. We loved listening to her Horse Stories and her love for family and the area she calls home 🏡.

Phyllis wanted to make sure she was available to greet us when we arrived. She gave us a personal tour of the unit and pointed out all the operational details that are hard to put in a text. Throughout our stay she communicated with us to ensure our satisfaction and answer any questions we had. A lovely and comfortable place to stay.

This was a lovely cottage, perfectly located near my church conference at Lake Junaluska. It was beautifully decorated and appointed! Very comfortable!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Amy's place. It was easy to find and designed with comfort in mind. Every space reflected excellent craftsmanship including the bedroom, bathroom, outdoor sitting areas and the barn. The kids slept in the upstairs loft which they thought was a cool semi private space. We enjoyed the chirping birds, beautiful horses, barn cat and sweet dogs that came out to play a few times. Amy and her husband were welcoming and mentioned some places to check out like Tullulah Falls Gorge. Highly recommend if you're in the area to stay at this chalet.

Marsha and Keith were phenomenal! Very responsive and beyond friendly! The space was perfect for my friend and I and our book retreat night! Super clean! We literally have 0 complaints! We had such a relaxing time!!! Thank you both!

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve stayed here coming up to visit my daughter. Belmont is beautiful and as I’ve said before, the place is perfect. Everything you need and nothing you don’t and Leigh is so accommodating and quick to respond. I’ll be back I’m sure.

We enjoyed our stopover at this adorable cottage midway on our journey!! It is so nice, clean, and accommodating..... we loved it. Hanna had left some yummy scones, eggs from their farm, coffees/flavorings, snacks, and bottled waters for us. That means a lot while traveling. The bed was so comfy, and we were thankful for a good AC system, since it was extremely hot while we were there. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals. The cottage and surroundings were meticulous, which shows us that they really care about their guests.

I stayed one night at Peggy’s place during a business trip to Salisbury and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet — I got a great night’s sleep thanks to the dark, peaceful bedroom. Peggy and Brandon were on the property when I arrived and were super friendly. I was also able to bring my dog, and Peggy was kind enough to allow a late checkout for a small fee so I could leave her in the apartment during my meeting. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

We absolutely loved Sam’s place. Every room was filled with thoughtful details that made it clear that care went into every choice. It was perfect for two & perfect for four when our grandkids spent the day & night with us. The backyard space was good for entertaining family & friends one morning, too. We’d gladly rent again.

We loved our stay here! It's a perfect location! Close to downtown, greenways, Biltmore, and the Grove Park Inn. Beautifully decorated with many little extras (like coffee fixins' provided, extra toiletries, sparkling water...) The porch is heavenly! A wonderful place to relax with a glass of wine and a good book! Michelle is very responsive and helpful!

It was a great respite for us! Loved the pup area, coffee/tea area, peaceful & quiet, games, etc. Easy access to all areas we wanted to explore. Abundance of natural light, cozy spots, necessities, comfy beds...

My only regret is not having more time to hang out on the porch. Lovely place, very cozy and comfortable.
