This place exceeded expectations. It was clean, spacious, and even better in person than the photos show. The location is fantastic, plenty of great restaurants just steps away. We didn’t mind the music from below at all, and the earplugs provided were a thoughtful touch. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent. Beautiful sunrises on clear mornings. Fortunately I’m not from The Villages so I was able to easily understand the very clear instructions provided by the hosts! Highly recommend :)

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. One of the standout features for me was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it super convenient and comfortable for everyone. Even if you're not traveling with a full group, there's more than enough space for everyone to feel at home. The primary bedroom was a true highlight—it had the biggest jacuzzi tub I've ever seen, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. A huge thank you to April, who was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out and was always quick to respond to any questions. This was such a peaceful and well-appointed getaway spot. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and recharge in the mountains. Would absolutely stay again! We absolutely loved our stay! The place is privately located but within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Every night my 2 year old wanted to go down to the river and play! :) We will totally be staying here again!

My family and I stayed during App State graduation weekend. I stay in Airbnb's quite often and this was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I appreciated the lovely decor, working fireplace, CLEANLINESS, comfort of the beds and shower pressure and cozy furniture. The unit is shared in same structure with other apartments and all occupants were quiet and respectful. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities such as board games and good books. We also cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you, Trevor, for sharing this lovely retreat home with us and for the kind and clear communication.

The place was absolutely amazing, very responsive host. The scenery and peace that came with it was one of a kind. The sleep that the beds provided made me want to get new mattresses as well. On of the best airbnbs out of the 30+ I’ve stayed in .

Great stay. Host was super responsive. Only a twenty minute walk from Bank of America Stadium. The place had everything a person or couple would need for a great weekend in Charlotte.

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!

A gracious host and lovely condo. Took my whole family to stay, and they had a great time. It felt cozy and relaxing. Everything we needed, from restaurants , stores, and even a local coffee shop, was within a few drivable minutes of the condo. My children really enjoyed the bunk beds and their time in the hot tub. They're even asking when we're gonna go back. I found it easy to maneuver around the kitchen and bedrooms. Our dog even had a wonderfully relaxing time. We'll definitely be booking again, as the Host was super lovely, responsive, and kind. Thank you again for letting us stay and enjoy your home. We had a wonderful time! 💗🥰

We had a great stay! James was proactive and very communicative from the start, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to the fields and super convenient for our schedule. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (the box fan was a great touch for the warmer days!). Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Nice, clean two bedroom condo that is easily walkable to the downtown area of Gatlinburg! It was great to not have to fight the traffic and parking! Cute outdoorsy themed decorations!

We had an enjoyable time at Buck’s! We absolutely loved the jacuzzi (garden tub). The beds were super comfy, they did squeak a lot though when you moved, but other than that they produced a good night’s sleep. The main suite was gorgeous and made for a comfortable vibe. Kitchen was nice and clean! Could have used a few more pot sizes, but there were plenty of pans.

Everything was up to expectations with nice clean place with little extras provided that made our time lovely. Thanks.

My family had a wonderful time at Bearily Beckers! The perfect condo with the most gorgeous view of the smoky mountains! Bearily Beckers was about a 20 minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg and 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge. It was exciting driving up the mountain every day to get to the condo :) Everything was exactly as shown in the photos: clean and homey. Sue was a wonderful host, great communication and a detailed house manual which we appreciated! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful place to stay!! Condo is located in the center of Gatlinburg allowing for guests to be within walking distance of all the local shops and restaurants! Hosts were very welcoming, provided clear instructions, and responded in a timely manner when questions were asked. We had an amazing experience and look forward to returning.
