Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in West New York

My party of 4 booked a last minute stay at Yousef’s place after our previous accommodations were cancelled on us and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean with modern decorations. Yousef was easy to communicate with prior to the stay as we had messaged him in advance in order to have the air mattress set up for our group. His responses were always professional and timely. Location wise, the 154 bus is about 5 minutes from the condo and takes you right into NYC. The area is also very close to some great Mexican restaurants, about a 15-20 min walk. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking to stay in Jersey and are looking to get into NYC easily. Note: as stated in the listing, the sofa is not a sofa bed but can comfortably fit someone around 5ft 10 laying down.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Het verblijf was heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de bus die van en naar New York City rijdt. Het lag in een heel mooi en statig appartementsgebouw. De gebruikte materialen in de inrichting waren heel kwalitatief. Elke ochtend wakker worden met zicht op de skyline van New York was magisch! Een prachtig verblijf waar we zo terug zouden komen!

Too much to write for this space, but here goes. Located in a very peaceful neighborhood, a few blocks to the bus stop on 65th and East BLVD. Home was well equipped for a family of 5 to call home base for the daily treks into the City. The 128, 165, 166 bus routes on NJ Transit App were cheap and reliable at all times of the day/night. On the app, buy by the route in/out of NY on route 128 and you can take any of the 3 routes listed. At the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC, the subways were top notch for getting around the city quickly. A Metro Unlimited card for the week and Apple Maps (better than apps) made transit a breeze. Top floor and there are 27 steps to the apartment from the street, but if you’re ambulatory it works! Super neighborhood, very nice people. The first stop for us was Parker Cafe for coffee and some grub. Very friendly staff. Hosts were very responsive; super accommodating for an early luggage drop while the cleaning crew was making the place spotless for us

Amazing location, easily walkable to so many restaurants and right next to Lincoln Park. Perfect amount of space that has everything you would need. The active birdbath in the backyard was a nice touch for a city stay. Samantha was very helpful in allowing us to park in driveway.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

Awesome place to stay! Very cozy!

Our stay at this AirB&B was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to settle in comfortably, and we all fit together quite well. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I found myself wishing I could take the mattresses home with me. The pillows, too, were wonderfully soft—such a contrast to those at hotels that tend to leave your neck aching. We had everything we needed to relax and, if we desired, prepare our own meals. The host was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and well-cared for, almost akin to staying at a five-star hotel. I had conducted thorough research before our trip, knowing that parking was crucial for our large group. This place was truly ideal; while it may take some time to reach New York City, that's only due to traffic, not distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that met all our needs!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sicheren und ruhigen Gegend – wir haben uns selbst abends und nachts immer wohl gefühlt. Ein großer Supermarkt sowie gute Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt gibt es einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die New Yorker Skyline – absolut beeindruckend! Die Bushaltestelle nach Manhattan ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Busse fahren alle paar Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz – völlig ausreichend für vier Personen. Dank der vielen Fenster ist sie wunderbar hell, und aus jedem Fenster gibt es etwas Interessantes zu entdecken. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und der Kontakt mit dem Co-Host Marie war sehr herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at Olga’s place. Great location with a bus ride to Manhattan. Comfortably accommodated 6 people and well lit. Nice restaurants and produce stores around. Olga was always responsive and helpful.

Die Unterkunft kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist großzügig ausgestattet, sauber und hat eine große Terrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend und sicher und die Räume sind geräumig. Die Gegend ist ruhig und die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Es gibt Rolläden, womit man die Zimmer gut abdunkeln kann. Das einzige, dass uns gestört hat ist, dass der Topf und vor allem die Pfanne sehr alt und stark verbrannt waren, sodass wir sie nicht nutzen wollten. Diese sollten aus gesundheitlichen Gründen lieber ausgetauscht werden. Das Bett ist etwas schmal für zwei Personen, aber sehr bequem. Danielle und Maite und waren toller Gastgeberinnen: stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft und mit den Gastgeberinnen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden nochmal kommen.

Great location on a quiet part of Hoboken. Everything was as described and the amenities are top notch. I would definitely book it again.

Very clean space. Friendly and communicative host. Easy to find and simple check in process. 5 minute drive to the train station, made multiple trips to NYC without the hassle of driving, taking around a half hour each time. Would definitely stay here again!
