Orchard Barn Spa is a peaceful retreat for those looking to escape the city. We stayed there with our four month old and Chris was very accommodating, providing a baby bath etc. It provides the perfect base to explore all that the new forest has to offer, has ample parking space, is very clean and sits in a private plot. Thanks again Chris for a great stay and for your great communication throughout our trip.

Dave and Emma are the perfect hosts. They were so accommodating of our needs and super flexible in helping us to prepare for our stay and celebration. The property is beautiful, it’s peaceful and you feel right at home. Our teenage son and family children loved the games room as a ‘den’ to escape to whilst we enjoyed sitting on the deck with food and drinks. Dave and Emma have thought of everything, if they don’t have it then you don’t need it. The kitchen amenities were just fantastic, everything was there, clean and easy to use. The mobile signal wasn’t great this weekend and broadband struggled a little, but being surrounded by our favourite people, it didn’t matter too much. We would love to stay with our families again to enjoy this beautiful property. Thank you Dave and Emma again, so so much!

had a quick one night stay, but beautiful place and in a lovely village, peaceful, quiet with our own terrace. cecily was very welcoming and happy to advise places to go and visit and where to get anything we needed. interesting history of the property, beautiful garden, inside was lovely and clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee. would certainly recommend as somewhere to stay.

We chose this venue as it was recommended by Upton Barnes’s wedding venue where my son and his fiance were getting married. We were able to accommodate all of my side of the family for the wedding and the newly married couple joined us on Sunday to entertain members of the wedding party With a cooked breakfast followed by a barbecue lunch. There was plenty of space seating and parking for the approximately 25 people who visited us over the day.. Tracey was very helpful host and the house was equipped extremely well a three-year-old grandson had an enormous range of toys to entertain him. I cannot recommend this property more highly

We had an amazing 50th birthday party at Sophie’s house. This is a gorgeously characterful property with the most amazing gardens, 15 mins walk into Glasto and 10 mins to the torr. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. We had an early check in and late checkout for no extra cost and communication was brilliant throughout.

Our stay was absolutely magical! The place exceeded all our expectations — it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect: peaceful, close to nature, and ideal for creating unforgettable memories with the family.

Harriet and her husband were exceptional hosts. Friendly and approachable, such lovely people. The accommodation was absolutely stunning and the surroundings so calm and peaceful. We were made to feel right at home. The quality of everything was absolute top end and we were so comfortable. The fresh bread and milk was a lovely touch on arrival. Nothing seemed too much. It was just so lovely and we will certainly be back. Thank you so much.

wow wow...what a wonderful place. we were welcomed by Sara who was full of local information and Flo the cocker spaniel who greeted us like we were old friends. John filled in the gaps with the history of the house and surrounding landscape. we were very lucky with the weather and were able to fully appreciate swimming in the river and sitting out enjoying watching mo the lawnmower weaving across the immaculate garden. We enjoyed walks from the door and visiting Stonehenge and Salisbury via the local bus service. we couldn't have asked for a better holiday than this. it was truly amazing and we felt totally chilled by the end of it. Thank you Sara and John for making us feel so welcome and sharing your home and garden with us. We cannot fault anything and will most definately be back.

Anna's place is a beautiful. It is done up to a beautiful standard, and a great location to explore Weymouth, durdle door and Lulworth cove. Positives: - beautiful welcome pack on arrival - clean linen and towels - all instructions were easy to use - lovely spacious and airy - It has a spar right next door. - parking onsite - jacuzzi was nice Negatives -I believe Anna has new cleaners that day so kitchen and bathroom weren't 100% clean and bit musty. -the garden could do with a bit of maintenance - there is no stair gate for stairs worth noting for people with young kids. - no microwave (if needed) Overall it was a fab stay and we would definitely stay there again. Anna was quick to respond to my feedback and a superb host

The beach hut is a perfect retreat. It is beautifully kept and has a gorgeous private garden which goes right up to the water’s edge. It’s wonderfully located less than 5 minutes walk from the main Sandbanks beach and Rick Stein’s restaurant. The Studland chain ferry is also very close giving access to stunning Shell Bay and the wild National Trust beaches. Michele was very friendly & provided many thoughtful touches including her homemade lemon drizzle cake - sublime! I would love to return as it’s a perfect spot from which to explore this area or just to meditate on your bed with a sea view. Thanks Michele!

I stayed here whilst working in the area, unpredictable hours meant that I needed more flexibility than a hotel could offer. This is my first time using Airbnb and it won't be my last. Ruth offered fantastic accommodation, which ticked all of the boxes that I needed, the bedroom is superb with a huge comfy bed. Downstairs has everything you could need to be comfortable, including a log burner, which after a long, wet and stormy day was most welcome. The grounds at Crawthorne are immaculatey kept, with some chickens and sheep to keep young and old entertained. Ruth couldn't do enough for me, and it was a lovely feeling to come back after a long day at work to find the place had been thoroughly cleaned and a gresh set of bedding. I would definitely book here again. Top marks! Thank you for being such a great host!

We loved our stay on the bus. The bus was lots of fun, especially the driver’s seat and stairs. The setting was lovely and camping facilities were great (hot and clean showers). The farm shop over the road was great and plenty to do nearby. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. Many thanks for a great stay. Wishing you the very best as you work through the busy periods this summer and make the place Your own.

David and Pam was very welcoming.Stayed for 1 night enjoyed our stay very cosy everything we wanted and more... The bread and eggs was a really nice.The apartment was close to everything we needed.Would definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this apartment. Me and my boyfriend spent two nights here the cabin was super cute and the outdoor area was lovely. Easy drive to national park where there was a village with cute pubs and tearooms. Beautiful scenery. 20mins from the coast which was lovelyyy!! Forrest right out the back of the cabin which you could then walk to a pub in 20mins or so ideally good to have a car but if your looking to have a relaxing stay and not leave this is perfect. BBQ set up and hot tub was lovely. Very peaceful.

The shepherds hut was a lovely peaceful place to stay, it came equipped with everything we needed & was the Perfect break needed. Hot tub was lovely and bonus for the hut having its own bathroom. Decorated lovely nice & clean & overall great place to stay. Many thanks!

The lodge far exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on previous comments. It is beautifully presented, well equipped, and very welcoming. Emma was warm and responsive in her communications, and it was lovely to meet her during our stay.

We got to the Wales Retreat and from the moment we walked in we flet so at home with the cosy features. The property smelt beautiful all throughout. Everything was spotless and even the fridge was equipped with essentials which was greatly recieved. The loaction is absolutely beautiful and I was in love with our own secluded private decking area with the most comfiest beanbag seats! Pet friendly which was a bonus for our GSP - she loved having a little area outside of her own and tje site was very welcoming to dogs. We will really be booking in again although we sre struggling to find your availability! 🙂

We loved our stay. The animals are charming and such good companions. The cabin is comfy and so quiet. The fridge is quite tiny so don’t bring too much. It was a heatwave while we were there so we had bread and cheese and local deli and farm shop stuff when we were at home. It was too hot to cook. Micro/grill looks fine tho and pots and pans good. No need to cook anyway.. Strand cafe does gorgeous breakfasts, Culm Valley inn does lovely food. We went to Villa Verde near Wellington which is open for Sunday supper- good pizza and pasta. Sunsets were gorgeous every night and I’m no expert but I think the Milky Way goes right over the cabin. We also did the horse drawn canal boat trip from Tiverton- very relaxing and well run. So many things to do round there but we jut pootled and pottered. Will have to return!

We had a lovely relaxing stay based at Amy’s cabin. Her cabin was a great base to explore the Jurassic coast and also to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Amy was a great host and made us feel very welcome, my daughter also loved playing with her children when we arrived back to the cabin for the evening. Added bonus points for the very friendly pony and chickens. Would recommend this stay for anyone wanting to explore the area.

sue is a very attentive and welcoming host. this lodge was just what we needed to relax and spend quality time with friends planning their wedding. Very private, loved the terrace which is a suntrap. it was lovely to have horses in nearby field. the dogs were secure and safe to run around. would love to return if we need to chill again 😊

We had such a beautiful stay at Applejacks , it really is a lovely calm slice of heaven nestled in a wonderful part of Devon. It’s clear the time and effort Sarah and Joe have spent on both the cabin and the beautiful gardens. Our dogs absolutely loved running along the mown paths and paddling in the stream. There’s so much to explore and do in the little plot and it felt so private yet just a short walk to the lovely village. We didn’t need to leave but we did, to explore Exmoor and Lynton one day and the Dartmoor the next. We so hope to come back and miss sitting having a coffee by the stream already. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in, thanks so very much.
