Townhome vacation rentals in West Coast

The unit was as described and is about half way to the airport and town center. It's a quiet area, which we appreciated for when we wanted to rest. There are some local eateries and shopping nearby; about a five minute walk. The host was able to answer our questions in a timely manner and provided some local information in a welcome book. Would stay here again.

The location at Wendy’s place is excellent - an easy walk to town and restaurants. It was perfect for us, 2 couples travelling together. We enjoyed the 2 restaurants and the Beat breakfast place that Wendy recommended. The pantry items, milk, etc, were much appreciated on arrival + the little welcoming chocolates placed with the bath towels - a nice touch. Great information for Christchurch available in the house. We highly recommend Wendy’s place.

We really loved the apartment, the location was excellent, it was suitable for a family of 6, we needed to bring the table and chairs from outside to have dinner, but other than that, the apartment really suited us. The landlord accompanied us and was very charming.

Perfect location for exploring central Christchurch by foot or public transport. Off street parking a bonus, felt secure leaving the car behind a gate. Bob was a great communicator. Would stay again.

Great place! Beautifully stocked, very usable kitchen! The view of the night sky from the backyard was stunning. Amy is a kind and responsive host and her place was immaculate. The linens are very cozy. One queen bed was very very firm, the other queen bed was soft and cozy and we did not use the two twin beds so can't say if they're comfortable.

Quiet street. Clean tidy home, had everything we needed, including washing machine, decent sized fridge and freezer. Good shower pressure. Place to park off the road, but also street parking available as well.

Really helpful host, nothing was ever a problem and they were extremely responsive. The house was well set up and had all we needed to enjoy our time there.

A great stay in a great location. Good to have a carpark but also be so close to the hub of the City. Clean, modern and quiet. Beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Nice house, great location, clean and comfortable. Just as described, with adequate amenities. Right next to the Cardboard Cathedral, walkable distance to major shops and restaurants.

Really spacious and relaxing space. Great accommodations. Loved the walkability to the Market, great restaurants and the park. We had gorgeous weather for our stay and the townhouse was the perfect spot to start our adventure on South Island. Note to future guests: Door auto-locks so don’t mess with the latch on it. Parking isn’t included but public car park is close or on the street.

Wonderful place for our short stay. Less than 5mins walk to the nearest mall for groceries shopping. Kitchen was fully equipped and provided more than what we expected. Fresh fruits, cereal, coffee..etc Love the bathroom the most as it has strong water pressure. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Parking was hassle-free (a huge plus!), and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to shops, cafes, and everything we needed. We felt right at home and appreciated how thoughtfully everything was arranged. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a great stay at Jaxon's place. The space was exactly as the photos depict and in a perfect location near great coffee and food spots. There was a slight mishap at the start of the booking that Jaxon immediately accommodated for. A great host and a great spot!

A comfortable house in a quiet and very pleasant area. The location is perfect, with Merivale shops just 5 minutes walk, downtown 5 minutes drive, the northern motorway just minutes away, and a direct route available to the airport via Glandovey Road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
