Serviced apartment vacation rentals in West Coast

Angela is a great host . She turned on few lights and the heater since our flight was late at night. She left us plenty of food in the fridge, beverages, beers , soft drinks , chocolates and what not. She was so thoughtful and left us little notes which was a nice personal touch. She was in touch with us from the moment we booked the place till we left the place. She suggested great places to eat , great places to visit which was very helpful. Only regret is we did not have enough time to enjoy this beautiful house , we were too busy exploring christchurch. But next time we will make sure to keep some time to relax here for sure.

If we had known how nice it was, we would have stayed longer! The view over the beach in front is to die for and there is another beach behind. We enjoyed the walk to the lighthouse and the seal colony. The house was modern and in tip top shape, the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The hosts were delightful. One of the best places we have stayed at in New Zealand!

A wonderful place for this price! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made us feel very welcome. The views were beautiful, and the backyard area was a lovely spot to relax. The bed was super cozy and comfortable – we slept so well after a busy day. There’s also a nice little area inside for enjoying a cup of tea. The heat pump warmed the space quickly, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great value for money – we truly enjoyed our stay!

The landlord is very nice! Before we arrived, they turn on the heater and cleaned the room for us, which made us felt like home!

Beyond Expectations! We have stayed in vacation rentals around the world--Paris, Sidney, London, Barcelona, Marbella, Amsterdam, New York, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Barbados and more. Amy's place is the best, by far. Sometimes you encounter places where the furniture has been switched out for something cheaper than in the photos. Or, it's a hodgepodge of things put together to fulfill the need for furniture. Sometimes, everything is a mix & match, or not so much match, glaring artwork awkwardly arranged, and the like. NONE OF THAT HERE. The moment you walk in the door, you feel peaceful. The color scheme, which is muted and calming flows artfully throughout, including the dishes, flatware, towels, sheets etc. Someone really loves this place and wants you to love it too. WE DO! Amy gave excellent recs, we tried and loved them all. Centrally located, great walkability to Riverside Market, shops & restaurants, easy access to trains & buses. LOOK NO FURTHER, BOOK AMY'S BEAUTIFUL CONDO NOW!

Allan gave lots of helpful recommendations. It is in a very convenient location and walking distance to all the restaurants.

The City Centre was great value for money. and exactly what wneeded. The location was perfect very close to the centr of Chrsitchurch city, with everything we needed within walking distance, so we had great restaurants and city sights clase by. The host was very friendly and informative. We will definitely stay there again.

Very much enjoyed our stay, if we visit Christchurch again we would happily stay at Natalie’s place again.

We had a great stay at the Adelphi Motel! Fantastic location - walkable to riverside market and Hagley park and many central restaurants and attractions. Erin and her husband were very welcoming, engaged and gracious hosts. We instantly felt right at home. The apartment was modern and spotless and had everything we required. Having a balcony was a bonus as we had some really hot weather! Highly recommend.
