We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Nimm dir eine naturnahe und minimalistische Auszeit im Tiny Anlautertal. Im idyllischen Anlautertal, einem Nebental des bekannten Altmühltals, kannst du die Ruhe im Tiny House und außerhalb genießen. Beim Betreten begrüßt dich ein angenehmer Duft nach Holz. Du schläfst in einer Koje mit zwei Fenstern, hast eine Essecke für zwei Personen, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Vor der Haustür kannst du auf der kleinen Terrasse vielleicht den Eisvogel hören und entdecken.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The vacation home is the ideal starting point for excursions in the Altmühltal Nature Park or in the Franconian Lake District. You will stay in a lovingly restored former basket house (delivery house) in the middle of Wettelsheim. The vacation home is classified with 4 stars by the DTV. It has been largely preserved in its original condition and equipped with contemporary furnishings. However, the door and ceiling on the upper floor are lower than usual due to the earlier construction.

The Rohrachhof is an old Jura farmhouse dating back to 1750. It boasts exposed timber framing and lime plaster, creating a unique indoor climate. Tradition and modernity blend seamlessly here; the apartment features a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and underfloor heating. Two horses graze in front of the house and can be observed through the windows. A dream come true, not just for children! The apartment accommodates a maximum of 7 adults. Two additional children's beds are available.

Our cozy 38 m² duplex apartment offers Mediterranean charm on two floors – with its own terrace and separate entrance. The bright living and dining area on the ground floor invites you to linger, while the romantic bedroom in the attic with a low ceiling creates a special ambience. Alternatively, sleeping on the ground floor is also possible. A small bathroom with bathtub completes the offer. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and nature.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people. In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. More information is available by phone. There is also a shared terrace and garden on the property. A playground is directly adjacent to the garden.
