In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Your time off: short trip to the countryside, weekend house

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Wellness suite 7 Hops pearl

The Hopfenperle guesthouse was newly opened in June 2024. Beforehand, the old hop half-timbered house was renovated with a lot of love. The suite has a size of 55.50 square meters. It has a sauna and a hot tub. There is a double bed as well as another bed in a separate sleeping area. In the living area, the couch can also be added. The guesthouse is centrally located in the city of Spalt, perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours.

Sunflower vacation home for 2-5 people

The vacation rental is on the second floor of our vacation home. The courtyard may be used for grilling, sitting together, and lingering. We are in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, farm shop), as well as in the surrounding towns and cities such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.

Sankt Maria - for families, groups, seminars

This former rectory is great for spending time with extended family, several families and friends. In addition to the bedrooms and kitchens, seminar rooms, a catering kitchen that goes out to the garden and a music room with a grand piano can be rented.
