Auf dem Dach ist eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher mit der die Energieversorgung des Hauses und der hochmodernen Luftwärmepumpe klimafreundlich und rund um die Uhr gewährleistet ist!

Viel Platz ums Haus ein kleines Paradies für Kinder mit Spielhaus, Kletterbäumen, Trampolin, Schaukeln und etlichen Spielgeräten. Eine große Holzterrasse ausgestattet mit Palettenmöbeln lädt zum Chillen, Grillen und genießen des Sonnenuntergangs ein. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
