Awesome location, Melanie is an amazing host! So welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful! The common area is also nice and the rooms are quaint. I didn’t want to knock a star for these few things, but just to inform: 1) the walls are quite thing; if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise (can hear surroundings) 2) was unfortunately quite hot; the fan isn’t super strong and the window doesn’t catch a good breeze so in the summer it’s definitely toasty at night Overall though really appreciate the hospitality 🙏 thank you for everything

A great host, very friendly and responds quickly to anything that you ask for. Also has a nice cafe opened so you can get something in the morning. Kitchen is accessible and the whole place is well maintained. Would recommend to book here

I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to after such a fantastic stay here. The room is stunning, the bed is super comfortable and that bath… absolute heaven! We stayed here as part of a trip to chapel down and it was the ideal location just 5 mins drive away. Beautiful town lots going on, we ate downstairs in the pub and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent hospitality and food. A little noisy in the evening but what can you expect it is an old building and noise travels, but the noise stops by 11pm latest. Great honesty bar on site and a lovely little lounge next to the restaurant but an after dinner tipple. Will stay again! Thank you!

Absolutely recommend this host! Incredibly friendly, kind, and generous. Staying in Steve's loft made our trip to London comfortable and cozy. The attention to detail in the loft is clear, with the goal of providing everything guests might need and making their stay as convenient as possible. The space is very clean and organized, with a modern, lovely design. The location is quiet and in a safe, beautiful area, well connected by bus and tube. Steve's hospitality went above and beyond; he upgraded us to an available loft that had more space and a kitchenette, and allowed us a late check-out based on availability. I don't think it's possible to find a kinder or more accommodating host, who is genuinely interested in his guests and their comfort. I will definitely only stay in one of his units on future visits to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for short or long stays. Thank you, Steve, for making us feel at home!

I recently stayed at Roomzzz Aparthotel and had a great experience. The location is perfect just a 15-minute drive from the O2, which was super convenient for my plans. The staff were friendly and available 24/7, always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. They also offer underground parking for an additional fee, which was really handy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient stay in the area.

Host was great, very helpful with check in and always responds to msges. Room was bigger then I thought considering London. Massive ensuite bathroom and private. Kitchen with all the appliances. Also fast wifi.. Great location with tube 2 minute walk away. Recommend

Sara is fantastic. She is so friendly and went above and beyond communicating, telling me that there was a train strike affecting Rye which I didn’t know and helping me find alternate train connection. Her hotel is beautiful and right in the heart of town. Thank you for a lovely stay!
