Situated in a quiet country lane with lovely walks on your doorstep. There is a main bus route 5 minutes away So a car is not necessary or just as a rest from driving and parking. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.
