Great place to stay. The cottages had everything we needed and was clean. We will definitely stay again. The host are very responsive and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The homemade chocolate chip cookies were delicious!

I absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect, peaceful escape I was hoping for. The view was incredible and the house is very cute. I loved the deck, and getting to wake up and end my day listening to birds and seeing the mountains. I will absolutely stay here again!

I have to admit that I am not the best at writing reviews after staying at airbnbs, but this one was especially great for our family. We were traveling with our baby and 2 dogs, and we found the space very peaceful and well suited for us. I loved their fence for the dogs and the way the bedroom and living area is situated. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Jen was a great host! My wife and I stayed in Asheville for the weekend as her birthday gift and we can’t say enough how much we enjoyed the space. The views were great, the screened in back porch was peaceful, and my wife LOVED seeing and talking to the cows!

We were happy to find the place very conveniently located to downtown & all it has to offer. Dining at Fryemont is a tradition for us & this place was less than 5 minutes away. The cabin was rustic but had all the modern conveniences & was cozy. I loved that there were woods behind & a nice sitting area out back. I also liked that it didn’t have a lot of through traffic.

A superior place. Truly welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. Private lush garden cottage close to anything you want to do in Asheville. We plan to return.

Jane’s farm cottage is nothing short of a slice of heaven! She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and the little cottage had everything we needed! I loved the large cabinet that had puzzles, games and toys for young children, what a unique and thoughtful touch. My absolute favorite part was being able to wake up on the porch listening to the sounds of nature and drink my coffee while watching Jane’s precious animals also wake up with the sun. Jane is a one of a kind of host who truly has the gift of hospitality. Anyone who is lucky enough to stay at the cottage will be blessed by her presence and warmness! The cottage is close enough to Black Mountain to have easy access to a grocery store, shopping and restaurants as well. We will definitely be back!

We were visiting Asheville for a friends wedding and this provided the space and amenities we needed for a long weekend. It was peaceful and had a nice patio and outdoor space. It was an awesome suprise to see the fireflies twinkling in the trees by the creek at night while relaxing after a long day. It was just me and my husband but would be nice for a group of adults or a family getaway also. Plenty of space. Thanks for a good vacation!

Cute and quiet place to stay for a long weekend. Hot tube was nice to have to get in after a long day out and about.

This is the second time our family stays a Larks Cove. We love it. We feel right at home. It’s such a cozy home and we love hanging out at the fire pit. The game room is very fun and the house over all is very clean. It si close to many places like Cherokee and Bryson City. Katharine takes the time to recommend places and to give clear instructions to arrive. Checking in is so hassle free which is a huge plus for us. This is why we came back and we will continue to come back

This was the perfect weekend getaway from the chaos of the city! Emily and Hunter were amazing hosts and I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Everything was as described and we left feeling recharged and stress free! Thank you for hosting us!

Our stay was amazing! The house and grounds are wonderful! So many thoughtful touches and so many upgraded features it was like being spoiled. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you want to visit the Asheville area! The host is responsive and check-in and check-out is fairly simple. The place is in great condition and my group had no complaints at all!

My husband, dog and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! The house was very cute and our dog loved running around the fenced in back yard. It was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and we loved the restaurants and coffee shops in West Asheville.

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect small cottage that was close to downtown, but secluded to have a nice quiet time.

This by far is one of our favorite places. We frequently visit Hendersonville and we hit the jackpot when we found this cute little cottage that was superiorly clean. Dale and Kelli are as friendly as we could ever imagine. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage. Definitely beats a hotel room.

We have stayed here and a sister property and both places are excellent. They are well taken care of, have excellent furnishings and Debbie is very responsive. I recommend this anyone traveling to the Western North Carolina area!

Mary’s place reminds you of returning to a family home after being gone. It’s cozy and filled with things that make you reminisce. Mary was extremely responsive and super great to work with. The home is exactly as described and it worked perfectly for our brief stay!

The Lemon Drop was Perfect Getaway for Pet Lovers and Their Pups! Upon arrival, Zeke was delighted to find a bandana with his name, a new toy, and access to a private dog park—such thoughtful touches that made him feel right at home. The property was impeccably well-appointed for humans too, with a cozy atmosphere and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing weekend, including lemon pound cake from local bakery, snacks and many coffee options We were thrilled to discover that it was within walking distance to a dog-friendly coffee shop Overall exceeded our expectations and for those who wonder it DOES NOT smell like dogs stayed there !!!!

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was cut short due to downed power line/ water cut off which neither of us had control over. Duke is working on resolving the matter promptly. We appreciate Michelle, she was very helpful and responsive throughout this and our stay. We were sad to leave, the location itself is private. The roads are well maintained and easy to navigate in and out from. Loved waking up to the ever changing view plus being able to bring our pup, Thor along with us. Thanks for having us!

Such a beautiful place, both outside and inside. Clean and comfortable. Peaceful area. We were not able to enjoy the deck, which was so inviting, because it rained in the evening and we only stayed one night. I would absolutely stay again!
