Newly Renovated + Great Location in the Pines!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin! I would suggest adding a guest book so guests can share their adventures! We found some great places to eat, that were not on typical Google searches. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very close to Dollywood too. Would recommend bringing board games and things for kids to do. We were hopeful things would be in cabin as that has been our past experience with other locations. We ended up as couch potatoes most nights watching tv. With two kids below 10, we played lots of hide and seek in the cabin too. Host was very responsive when I reached out and addressed my questions promptly. Check in was a breeze too.

Easy check in. Hosts allowed early check-in because we arrived too early. Dog run available for use while we needed to get ready for different events. Well centered between Franklin and Sylva. Short drive to Georgia state line going South. Short ride to Waynesville going east. Follow hosts direction not to take Brendle to home. We have a 4WD Jeep and used it but would not recommend for small sedans or SUV’s/trucks. We also were able to get a delivery from Instacart for our groceries.

Great cottage get away! It really felt like our own little cottage in Asheville. The location is private and out of the city, but still close enough to enjoy Asheville. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The host were quick to respond and made check in, extending our stay, and check out easy and hassel free. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Asheville!

There are great breweries and restaurants within walking distance. Emily is wonderful and so responsive and kind. There is nothing more we could’ve wanted. The cabin was beautiful and quiet which is what we wanted. I loved the decor especially the quilt that hung on the wall and the double sided fireplace was cozy on the cold nights. The cabin was close to Brevard and many hiking trails. Melissa was a great host, she answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Brett’s place is so beautiful. Asheville has such natural beauty and such a vibrant downtown and this house offered both. It felt like being in a treehouse. The host truly thought of everything in terms of amenities like k cups and creamer. And everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Brett was friendly and flexible. I would definitely stay again!
