Condo vacation rentals in Waynesville

Our family had a wonderful short trip. What helped in making it so good was the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo! Couldn't have asked for a better location. Ashley was such a pleasure to text with during our stay. We will definitely be back, and look forward to staying here again. “NO” complaints from start to finish!!!

Kerri's place was a great place to stay on my friend's and my weekend adventure. The place was very easy to find and had all the amenities for a great stay. Check in was a breeze as the door had a keypad so we just let ourselves in. We loved that the water pressure was good in the unit and had both very hot and cold water. It is in a great location near all the action like the Titanic Museum, Comedy Barn and Frizzle Chicken :). We were sad Dollywood was closed for the season, but I highly recommend staying here if you want to be super close too.

Beautiful space and great location. There was so much to do, my family and I went specifically for Dollywood (right around the corner, we could see the rides and fireworks from the pool) but we could’ve stayed another week + to do all of the other local attractions! The spot was more beautiful than the pictures and I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home! Also, the washer and dryer in unit was great, we came home with only the laundry on our bodies! A mother’s dream, no laundry after vacation! Would absolutely stay again, thank you for allowing us into your space.

Diana did a great job communicating with us through our stay and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was clean and was perfect for our vacation.

Lori provided us such a gorgeous space! The view is stunning, we truly could not get over how beautiful it was. The space was very clean! The amenities on site were so nice and we loved the sky deck!! We saw lots of wildlife and even saw bears one day! We would definitely come back! :-)

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

Great place to stay. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Only a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had a great stay at Tammy’s place. Very well located and everybody was very responsive. Just a 5 min walk from Anakeesta and Gatlinburg main street. This is a very recommended place to stay and would definitely look to come back next year. Thank you all.

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck’s place, different unit this time. As with our previous stays, everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. We love the coziness the condos offer while still having plenty of room for our family! The balcony is so peaceful and the sounds of the river make you forget you’re right off the main road. We look forward to our next visit and will stay here again without a doubt.

When booking an Airbnb you have no idea what you are getting. When I booked this condo I had no idea except for the photos. Once we got close to the date to check in the owner Matt reached out and I felt like it was met to be. The location, the place, the fit. And let me tell you about the bed, outstanding! We had the best time at the condo. Even the locals in the area walking their dogs were so friendly. Asking us if we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

A comfortable and quiet special stay close to Gatlinburg and Smokies National Park. Well equipped, including area information. Wonderful screen porch with woodland views. Friendly and helpful hosts.

William and Renee were helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Everything was as they said it would be. The bed was so comfortable! The pillows were great! Everything was really clean! Check in and check out was effortless with personal lock code provided. The location of their place is easily walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. They provided a parking pass for the condo and we walked everywhere. Hiking is a 10 minute drive away, the Rocky Top Sports Plex was a 10 minute drive away for the soccer tournament we went to. Highly recommend staying here and going to the Gatlinburg Skywalk! It's the yellow ski lift. Sit in the rocking chairs at the top and watch the sunset over the mountains!

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Gabriel was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

It was exactly what we needed for myself and 2 teenage daughters close to town! We spent very little time actually in the apartment but slept well! Very clean everyone slept very comfortably! If we had 1 or 2 more people I would have wanted maybe another small couch for living room seating but like I said we didn’t spend much time in the house with so much to do near by! You can walk from here to the main area just a steep hill on the last climb if you can handle it I’d definitely recommend just leaving your vehicle there! We’d definitely stay here again!

Renovated, cozy and clean. It was everything that we expected, and it was the best unit that we have stayed at Oak Square, so far.

We loved our stay! 1. Host is very responsive, offers great recommendations, and gives detailed information before you arrive. Easy check in and easy check out. 2. Location is walkable to the main strip in town, restaurants, aquarium, and Anakeesta. Entrances to the Smoky Mountains very close! We walked with kids to the shops daily. (Sidewalk most of the way!) 3. Bears! Bears! Bears! There was a bear that must live in the woods behind the complex. He sat around and walked by two nights during our trip. He wandered into town after walking by. Kids loved seeing the bear! 4. Parking lot is very tight when full. If you drive a large vehicle, be prepared to park in tight spots. 5. Laundry on lowest level is 2.50 per wash and 2.50 per dry. We didn’t end up using but was there if we needed it.
