Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Multiple access points to Great Smokey Mountains. Close to Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. Five nice golf courses in the immediate area. Swimming pool within walking distance. A GREAT place for a family vacation!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.
