Apartment vacation rentals in Haywood County

This little rental was perfect for our group of 2 adult couples. The location was close to the lake, Waynesville food and shopping, Maggie valley, and a nice drive through the blue ridge parkway. Private entrance. Quiet front porch. Covered parking for one car. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels and linens.

Birdsong Cottage was absolutely delightful to stay it. It is exactly as described and pictured. It’s in a great location for walking around the lake or going to meetings in the main auditorium at the retreat center. The street it is on is very quiet and there were several wild bunnies, birds, and even a groundhog! It’s a quick and easy drive to Waynesville for some delicious local food and cute little shops. Sharon was lovely to work with, gave great instructions and replied to any questions quickly. I will for sure be staying here again.

This stay is in a great location! Close to WCU campus and access to many hikes in every direction. In a super quiet and safe neighborhood in the heart of the mountains. Beautiful!

This was our third stay in the Clyde apartment. Once we found it, we won't ever stay anywhere else. It's convenient to Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Ashville. Our granddaughter lives nearby and we come to visit with her. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away, as well as delicious Italian food in the same shopping center. The apartment is very well furnished, including the kitchen where we cooked a few meals. There is a beautiful mountain view from the kitchen window and a lovely deck out back to relax on. The biggest plus for us is we didn't have to climb up a mountain to reach the apartment as it is on flat land!

The pictures didn’t quite do this spot justice! We were so comfortable and happy to be there. You have everything you need, I would say this beats a hotel any day! We thank our Hosts for allowing our dog, he struggles with anxiety and to our surprise didn’t bark at any outside noises because there were nearly none! Very private, clean, adorable place in a wonderful community. We are excited to book again soon!

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! Everything about my stay was amazing! If you want to stay at a beautiful place with great views, I would highly recommend booking with Suzanne!

The lake is so beautiful and you get a full view! We really enjoyed our stay. It is located at the top of a hill and the drive is very steep. The home is split into the Airbnb and an apartment for the host, they were not home during our stay, but it is something to note. We would recommend this space to others!

Kathryn's place is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. She gave very detailed information on how to find the place. Her recommendations for local dining were excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Gracious and accommodating hosts— great stay (location + price) overall! I’d recommend this stay to a small family, a couple or single traveler (male or female). Very safe neighborhood and close to all of the best parts in Waynesville. (I recommend: Orchard Church & Orchard Coffee)

Perfect spot for a night stay to see family. Very comfortable and spacious for a studio, perfect for what we needed surrounded by beautiful views. We will definitely look for their listing again when we are back in town.

Perfect location for our short stay in Waynesville! We had everything we needed and my kids enjoyed the playset in the back. I also appreciated the flexible late check out! Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Leslie’s place for several days and definitely enjoyed being there. Her place was very cute and clean and perfect for one to two people. Love that I was allowed to have my dog with me which made it super special. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

We celebrated our honeymoon here. The views were incredible. The space was clean and well kept. Tera was a great and friendly host. Definitely interested in coming back, and next time we'll be bringing our dogs. Lots to do nearby with all the hiking trails and restaurants. 10 out of 10

This was the perfect little villa and just right for my visit. A quiet, sweet little house I could imagine was home. 3-4 restaurants within a short stroll, and right around the corner from an awesome rec center. Host answered my questions right away, and even left some lights on for me since I was arriving late at night. Temp inside was easy to adjust. Excellent bed with soft, clean bedding. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. It was so cozy and I loved the view of the lake right at the door. Such a wonderful area to rest. I liked staying here better than the Terrace. Mainly we had our privacy with separate bedrooms. Just a great time plus we loved the Sunrise on both days.

Absolutely beautiful location with a serene atmosphere. Was looking for a place that was very private and comfortable…and got exactly what I wanted. The property is stunning with rolling streams and a quiet pond. Wether it was sitting on the front porch listening to the water rushing over the rocks, relaxing a tired body in the conveniently located hot tub or laying in the bed with the windows open and a cool breeze flowing through, it was all breathtaking. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and quiet suite. I appreciate your quick response with every question and your flexibility with our late arrival. Hope to unwind again in the near future.

This is it. Stocked kitchen for cooking and eating? This is it. Porch swing and a hot tub? This is it. Don is a welcoming host and I look forward to booking again!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It was cozy and perfect for a couples get-away in the mountains. It was an easy drive to downtown Asheville and breweries. We also enjoyed delicious sushi from Kobe Express right in downtown Canton. We would definitely stay there again!

I had an awesome stay at here. The place was really clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The location was great too. quiet but still close to everything I wanted to check out. Honestly, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a chill place to stay!

My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Judy and Maria’s tranquil home. Everything from the creek to the hot tub and relaxing living space were perfect. My husband enjoyed fishing in such a great spot, and I enjoyed watching the ducks with their little ducklings, and the hummingbirds that visited often. 😊 We spent plenty of time relaxing, but also enjoyed the close proximity to good restaurants and shopping, and hiking. Casa Paz is in such a convenient and beautiful location. For good food we recommend Chef’s Table and Haywood Smokehouse in Waynesville, and Twisted Spoke in Maggie Valley. The place was very easy to find and Judy and Maria were very responsive with any question we had while we were there. Highly recommend a stay here!!

This place was perfect for a couple nights in the mountains. A hot tub on the creek and the community kitchen were an awesome added bonus that you never would get at a hotel.
