The living quarters were spacious and spotless. Joe was very friendly and quick to communicate when we had questions.

This is my second time staying here. It’s perfect. Quiet, clean and near anything you may want/need. Nadine & Byron are great hosts. Responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation. Will stay again if I can get it!

My son and I chose the CONOCO Bungalow while visiting NWA for a baseball tournament. We loved our stay here playing ping pong, darts, and games. Our puppy, Marlee also enjoyed her time here running through the open floor plan. The setup was perfect for entertaining or to sit and relax. During our time we had a lot of rain so unfortunately we didn’t get a lot of outside time around the fire pit or grill, but there was charcoal and firewood available for both. We would definitely come back to stay again, and have recommended to family and friends already! Check in and check out instructions were sent by Laura as soon as the booking was confirmed. Easy to follow instructions. It does say you can change the color of the Conoco sign but we never could get it to change. Probably user error, honestly. Plenty of dishes to stock a fridge if you plan to cook, including sheet pans and casserole dish. Some traffic noise but not terrible or overbearing. Overall completely satisfied with our stay!

Enjoyed our stay while doing some site seeing and spending time with family. The entire place was clean and inviting and being right on the lake made it even better. This place was quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. If we make it back this way we would definitely stay here again and remember to bring our fishing poles. We had a great time here!
