Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

From here you can directly access the large terrace, which is above the water. The first floor has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. The loggia is a magnificent retreat overlooking the Wadden Sea.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m² of living space, 1000 m² fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

The purple guest house is located in a spacious garden with old trees close to the farm and offers space for a couple, but also for four adults or a family. Throughout the garden and in the courtyard, there are shady spots for the grown-ups to relax, as well as hidden, overgrown corners and play areas for the children. A swivel grill with fire bowl invites you to evening campfires on the communal barbecue terrace.

It was just built in 2019/2020 with a lot of commitment and love as a cozy, modern and inviting home and is now available for vacation guests. The house is beautifully decorated so that our guests do not miss anything - just to feel good. The house has a warm and cozy flair and it is designed for up to 6 people.
