Enjoy authentic country life. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. Here, you will live on the farm with horses, cows, dogs, chickens, geese, and the 2 of us :)

Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

Cozy 65 sqm attic apartment on the 2nd floor with large south-facing balcony about 6.5 sqm and Wi-Fi. Ample balcony chairs and electric grill available. Approximately 1.8 km to the old harbor / center. Close to the beach and dyke, beach chair available on the beach. Parking in front of the door, bed linen and towels are included as well as a children's playground right outside the door.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
