Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. The Apartment (house half, 128 sq.m./outskirts Wüsting), surrounded by an enchanting artist garden with private entrance u. Terrace. Large eat-in kitchen & fireplace room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily reached by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are numerous. It has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
