We have already been to this beautiful house several times and always feel very comfortable. It really has everything you need and both nature and Emden are really easy to reach.

Great cozy and clean accommodation in the heart of Greetsil, also very good with children. Owners were very accommodating and set up a crib, for example.

It was a very nice apartment that lacked nothing. It is a very quiet location and you can reach everything in Dornumersiel on foot or by bike.

We stayed as a family of five adults and a five-month-old baby for a week in the old painter's house of Christin and Willi. We had a very nice time in the house and were able to enjoy the quiet garden right on the water in good weather, especially in the first days, and watch the cows grazing on the other side of the water. But even with the worse weather in the second half of the week, we had it very cozy in the house in the spacious living room with fireplace. The location is wonderfully quiet to relax or take walks along the dike. Christin and Willi even provided us with a travel cot for our baby. The communication with the two went great, they were always helpful and with good tips (e.g. the trip to Groningen was very worthwhile). Everything in the house was also very clean and well maintained. All in all, the perfect place to stay for a family getaway. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful old house, which is lovingly furnished. It is much bigger than what you can see in the pictures. Especially for children, very lovingly furnished with many play options both indoors and outdoors. We felt right at home. It is nicely quiet and rural location. By car or bike you can easily get to different spots. Communication with the hostess was friendly and smooth.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

Wonderful view, very nice rooms and nice location in the first row on the beach. You felt like you were on vacation straight away. We stayed for a weekend in Cuxhaven for ahoi Nordseeheilbad, lots of fish and the museum "Windstärke 10." You wake up with sea views and can switch off well. Glad to come back!

Super friendly communication, always (even during the stay) available, great place to stay. Everything as described and absolutely recommendable for the money. We will come back on the next occasion. We were even allowed to stay in the parking lot of the accommodation after check-out for the day to spend the remaining hours on the beach.

It was a completely successful vacation. The contact with the landlord was very good! Especially the pool and play facilities were excellent. Horseback riding was always a highlight for our granddaughter. We filled up very well in the apartment, everything corresponded to the description and the pictures.

You really have to rate this place as very positive. Just finished 3 weeks ago, everything was great. The location is fantastic because right by the beach and town. We really didn't see our car for 1 week. We will be back for sure.

For the third time, simply a dream!!! I can't imagine it any more beautiful. The views from the roof terrace are simply unbeatable. Best location, everything you need, everything quickly accessible. In a folder, Sven has put together everything well, described everything well and compiled important numbers. Everything is super clean. You just feel comfortable right away. Otherwise, we wouldn't be staying there for the third time. Very nice good contact. We'll be back for sure. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

We were there as a family of four with two 11-year-old girls. The highlight for the girls was the pool in the neighboring house, which could be used freely. My personal highlight was the balcony overlooking the North Sea and the great sunsets that we enjoyed with a glass of wine. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Bremerhaven is always worth a day trip, whether it's the Climate House, the attached small outlet center or the ships in the Museums Hafen, some of which could be visited. The zoo by the sea is also nice. Anyone traveling towards Cuxhaven should take a carriage ride to Neuwerk Island. The duration of the stay is manageable at 45 minutes, but the ride through the mudflats and the Priele is great. We had a great time and can fully recommend Claudia's apartment. It's nice that we even met briefly in person at the beginning.

The cottage was very nice and the location great. The fenced garden was great for our dog. Since we wanted to travel spontaneously to the North Sea, we were able to book this beautiful house on the day of the trip, it was really great that we got a response so quickly and the booking went so smoothly. We had a nice time in this beautiful house. Highly recommended....

We (large family with 8 adults and 8 children) had a nice, relaxing time in the spacious vacation home over Pentecost. The house was very clean and generously equipped. Very quiet location; excursion destinations accessible on foot, by bike and car. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. Everything was clean, well equipped and functionally furnished – just as you would wish for a relaxing time. We found the quiet location right on the fields with great views particularly practical. The hosts welcomed us warmly and were friendly, easily accessible and made our stay easy. We felt completely comfortable. For our children, the farm was also simply great, many opportunities for activities, many animals and simply everything child-friendly. Gesa and her family were super sweet and you felt right at home! We will be happy to come back!

We had a really nice stay for two in Michaela's apartment in Hooksiel! The location was great, you could easily reach the dike and the North Sea behind it with a short walk. In the apartment itself, we lacked nothing; it was also sparkling clean. The only thing you might want to note is that the spiral staircase requires some agility – but for us that was no problem at all. Overall, it was a great stay for a short vacation on the North Sea, and we would recommend the apartment at any time!

Super nice contact with Saskia in advance, very friendly welcome! We felt very comfortable, there were cozy blankets and bowls for the dog and Saskia kindly set up an extra bed, as there were four of us there one night. Basically, the apartment is suitable and absolutely sufficient for 2-3 people. Cozy living room! For us it was perfect for two nights, we will be happy to come back!

Only one night – but full of impressions. Rysum welcomed us with its quiet beauty, and the "Old Bakery" was a very special place to arrive and feel good. Furnished with a lot of love and a lot of taste, the listed house radiates a warm, honest atmosphere – you can feel its history. And for me as a trained craftsman, I particularly liked the artistic master's certificate of the former resident when I compare it with my boring journeyman's certificate (but also almost 100 years later). Thanks for this little break in a great place and a great village.

The apartment in Hooksiel offers unbeatable value for money, especially with the included bikes and the beach chair. The balcony is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. Host Ingrid was very committed, handed us a clean apartment and quickly organized the key for the beach chair. A small disadvantage of the apartment is the somewhat weak heat and sound insulation. A secret tip: Be sure to pre-order fresh North Sea crabs from fish mother in the outdoor harbor!
