Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-4 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & barbecue in a quiet location directly behind the dyke. The beach in Harlesiel and the port of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Basic costs for spa cards are not necessary due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, but when visiting the beach, a spa card is required for the day, which is available at the beach.

The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Dear guests, We are happy to welcome you to our beautiful Emil vacation home. We have furnished the house with a lot of love for detail and hope that you feel just as comfortable here as we do. The townhouse consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and partially covered terrace on the first floor; two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor and another bedroom in the attic.
