Villa vacation rentals in Wachau

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed: the house is spectacular and a great place to rest and unwind. The lake and the forests nearby as well as the large meadow surrounding the house make it feel like you are alone in nature, yet you have all the luxury of the house including the jacuzzi and the sauna. We also had a dog with us and for her it was really a paradise- great place to run around and explore. Marco is also a very friendly and easygoing host. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location in a beautiful wooded area that is convenient for visiting Vienna. Lovely views from the living room and deck. Host was friendly and communications went smoothly.

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.
